THE LONSDALE LOUNGE An open lounge space onboard the MV Queenscliff that is full of natural light with floor to ceiling windows and modern furnishings. Suited for up to 45 people for a seated event or 60 people for a cocktail style function. RORO CAFÉ ON THE BEACH Our beachside café with beautiful views of the bay and frequent dolphin sightings. Suited for up to 60 people for a seated event or 80 people for a cocktail style function. THE MV SORRENTO PORT SIDE This vessel can have one whole side of the vessel used as an open space for a seated function of up to 120 people THE PENINSULA PRINCESS Our original vessel had its first ferry sailing in 1987 that is now the perfect location for an open air function on the bay. With the option to charter the vessel for a private sailing, this vessel is suitable for up to 300 people for a cocktail style function.

4 HIGH TEA ON THE HIGH SEAS Sail the Bay and enjoy a selection of exquisite sweet and savoury treats as the magical scenery slides by. Indulge in a bespoke menu designed by our Head Chef and made with regional produce from both the Mornington and Bellarine Peninsulas, including a glass of sparkling wine, tea or coffee. Served on a tiered platter, the relaxed High Tea on the High Seas is served in the Lounge aboard Searoad Ferries, with stunning views along the coast. Cruise the Bay on a return 2 hour sailing. Our high tea menus change frequently to ensure we use the best seasonal and local produce available and include items such as finger sandwiches, tarts, baby cakes and house made scones with jam and cream. Please refer to each section for minimum / maximum capacities for each style of catering. 8 THINGS TO SEE & DO Sorrento & Queenscliff are seaside villages with very different personalities, so make sure you take time to explore both! SORRENTO Sorrento, the site of Victoria s first European settlement in 1803, has charming 19th century limestone buildings, smart boutiques and delectable food stores and cafes. The foreshore is shaded by huge Norfolk Pines, and the pier is abuzz with aquatic activities. QUEENSCLIFF Queenscliff is restrained and elegant, with beautifully preserved Victorian hotels and guesthouses, old churches, little fishermen s cottages, the huge 1860 s Fort Queenscliff, art galleries, shops, and excellent cafes and restaurants. PORT PHILLIP BAY Covering 1,950 square kilometres, Port Phillip is the entrance to Australia s busiest port and is one of Victoria s most popular recreational destinations. Island, shipwrecks and marine reserves dot the Bay, many of which can be seen from the journey between Queenscliff and Sorrento. Port Phillip Bay is a dynamic and self sustaining ecosystem which is healthier and cleaner than comparable bays near large cities. The shallowness of the water aids aeration and the many marine plants and organisms keep the bay in good condition.

From there you simply need to sign and return our terms and conditions and make a deposit within 7 days. Can you tailor a package? Yes we can tailor any of our packages to suit individual needs. Disability access? We have full disability access via a lift and ramp onboard the MV Queenscliff and MV Sorrento, and bathroom facilities on each vessel and in RORO café. What if guests have dietary requirements? Please notify our events team of all dietary requirements and we will endeavour to cater to their needs. Please be aware that foods are prepared in an environment which may contain traces of other allergens. In the case of severe anaphylactic food allergies, the kitchen cannot guarantee food safety in these cases due to the operational handling of a wide variety of food products. Where do I park my car while I m on the ferry? We have an onsite carpark in Queenscliff and parking close by in Sorrento, however in peak times these can fill and people will need find alternate parking. Please aim to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure to allow yourself time. Can you recommend any nearby accommodation? Yes!
