The extensive renovations to the Club house are designed to impress and have been a huge success. General information Our event packs are intended as guide in planning your event, we encourage you to ask questions and we will work closely with you to design a tailor made package that suits your needs and results in a truly outstanding event.

3 Wedding Ceremonies With a picturesque marina location we offer brides a choice several unique wedding ceremonies options for summer and winter. Our ceremony sets include up to 36 chairs, signing table and the option of red carpet. You are welcome to personalise you wedding ceremony set and add a point of difference. Jimmy bar is available to wedding ceremony guests post ceremony for cash sales or you can arrange a bar tab. Catering from platters to gelato can be arranged with our Hospitality and Event Manager. MARINA LAWN Ceremony Hire $150 Located next to the RSAYS grand entrance the marina lawn area features marina views and is ideal for wedding ceremonies. QUARTERDECK Ceremony Hire $200 Right on the water s edge this outdoor space with huge umbrellas and the view of the whole marina is perfect for wedding ceremonies. The hire fee includes set up of up to 36 event chairs, signing table and a red carpet option. Saturday Ceremonies times are to be confirmed when booking with our Event and Hospitality Manager. RSAYS FLAGS & CANNONS Ceremony Hire $150 Located next to the Quarterdeck our flag platform with ceremonial cannons is ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies. With uninterrupted marina views it is perfect for wedding ceremonies followed by celebration drinks in Jimmy Bar. DINGHY SHED Ceremony Hire $200 The Dinghy Shed oozes character with heritage charm. The original boat shed with a backdrop of colourful lockers and boardwalk timbers, is a perfect space for brides looking for a unique quirky location for their wedding ceremony or reception.

Located on the first floor our largest function room is a contemporary, light filled space with a spectacular entrance foyer, large bar and balcony with panoramic marina views perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Combined with modern facilities, dance floor and first class catering service the Dining Room is perfect for weddings Receptions CAPACITIES Dinner with Dance Floor 160, Cocktail 300, Tapas Buffet 200 QUARTERDECK Room Hire $400 The Quarterdeck is a smartly renovated outdoor space right on the water s edge with huge umbrellas and the view of the whole marina. Hire fee includes set up of up to 26 event chairs, signing table and red carpet. The Dingy Shed is used as an alternate weather option. CAPACITIES Cocktail 200, Tapas 150, Roaming Entrée 150 DINGHY SHED Room Hire $400 The Dinghy Shed oozes character and heritage charm. 16 TERMS & CONDITIONS Tentative Bookings Held for 7 days to allow time to complete booking for and payment of deposit. To Confirming your Booking Please return the booking form with payment of the Room Hire Fee as deposit. Payment of deposit also confirms you have agreed to the terms and conditions Cancellations Room hire deposit fee will not be refunded. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or catering charges of %20 of expected catering revenue will apply. Minimum Spends Minimum numbers must be met or an additional fee will be incurred. For the month of December there is a minimum spend of $5000 for Friday and Saturday nights. Final Numbers & Payment 10 days prior to function we require final numbers and full payment of food & beverage package. Beverages on consumption will be paid at conclusion of event. Increases in numbers will be accommodated where possible, but not guaranteed. Any other payment arrangements must be confirmed by management in writing. Extending Hours Extension of original booking arrangements must be by mutual agreement and not breach licence conditions. This time will be charged at $150 per hour or part thereof. Requirements to be advised with acceptance. Allocation RSAYS reserves the right to re-allocate function space due to circumstances beyond our control. In the case that final numbers increase or decrease significantly from those advised at the time of reservation, we may substitute a more appropriate room. Menu / Beverage Selection Must be confirmed 14 days prior to function Menu Change Description and prices of menu items and wines are indicative only and will change seasonally or due to availability. Function prices may vary marginally if event booked beyond 12 months of deposit payment. Allergy Statement Management cannot guarantee traces of allergy items are not present. Please advise dietary requirements with final numbers. Responsibility The organiser of events is financially responsible for any damages or breakages sustained to the venue. The RSAYS accepts no responsibility for any items lost or damaged prior to, during or after event. Any item left behind will be deemed abandonment. Parking Parking Is subject to availability. Guest are invited to park on the lawn area near the entrance. Disabled Access Allocated disabled parking is available and there is access in the main foyer to the lift facilities. Smoking In line with anti-smoking legislation, smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors at RSAYS. Compliance RSAYS will uphold their licensing requirements. This means that a person may be refused service or be removed no matter their association with the event. We reserve the right to cancel an event should the event or guest be deemed unsafe or unruly. Police intervention may be sought. Behaviour & Noise RSAYS has a code of conduct that requires all patrons to behave respectfully. The venue will control sound levels of an event according to license requirements. In the event the RSAYS supervisor deemed guests behaviour is unacceptable they will be ask to leave. No refund will apply. Security RSAYS may determine an event needs security the client will be charged security costs. In the event security has to be called a minimum call out charge of $ will apply. Cleaning General cleaning is included in the cost of the event. Additional charges may be incurred. eg. confetti etc. Decorations Decorations in the form of balloons etc are available by arrangement. Confetti and metallic scatters are not permitted in the RSAYS premises a cleaning fee will be charged if this request is ignored. No displays or signage are to be nailed, screwed or adhered to any part of the building. Cakes Celebratory cakes may be brought into venue and will incur a cake cutting fee. RSAYS takes no responsibility for any damage caused during storage. Removal of Food No food is allowed to be removed from the premises following an event. Celebratory cake is acceptable.
