With an adventurous cocktail selection, and the sounds of the hottest lounge music, Gilt is where you should be. 8 GeOrGe ROOm The George Room is our intimate private dining room located above Gowings Bar and Grill. The room connects directly to our Gilt Lounge. This elegant space can seat up to 32 guests, or host 50 guests cocktail style. The room connects to our George Street Landing area, which can be used for private cocktail events. When combined, the areas can comfortably host up to 150 guests cocktail style. Looking for a unique conference experience? The George Room breaks the mould of a dull boardroom, boasting a state of the art audio visual setup and views over the iconic QVB building.

9 MARKET ROOm The Market Room is our larger private dining room, also located above Gowings Bar and Grill, and connected to our Gilt Lounge. This room has views directly onto Market Street and the iconic QVB building. The Market Room seats up to 55 guests, or can be setup in cocktail style for 80. The room can be combined with our George Street Landing area, for a cocktail event of up to 120 guests. Bored of the boardroom? The Market Room brings life and colour to conferencing, plus a state of the art audio visual setup and wrap around windows.

10 SCREENING ROOM Our private Screening Room can accommodate up to 56 guests. First and foremost a cinema space, the room has played host to press conferences, tech launches, fashion showings, art exhibitions and more. The Screening Room also boasts its own private stairwell entry with Market Street access. It has next generation AV capabilities including 4K projection and a 3D screen.

11 REEL BAR The Screening Room has a breakout space with a dedicated bar for food and beverage service. The space is designed to host the 56 cinema guests for a cocktail event.
