12 NOTES Dietaries Whilst we will try to accommodate allergies & dietaries, we cannot guarantee foods will be from requested ingredients or traces. Please ensure your guests are aware of this. We ask that you kindly choose your menu based on your guests tastes and dietaries. We do not offer additional choices for dietaries, but are happy to amend dishes to suit dietaries. We cannot mix and match menus. Buffet Included in menu price - Crockery, cutlery and paper napkins, drop off and collection only. If you would like plates cleared, please add waiter service. Waiter/waitress service based on a max 8 hours shift). Linen and furniture not included. Glassware not included. If you are having a buffet or food/drink service, you will need to hire trestle tables from Copas, and hire linen with us. Pavilion guests choosing the picnic option, are able to upgrade to waitress service and upgrade to crockery and cutlery. Max 20 guests for picnic menus.
