27 /RESTAURANT ASSOCIATES POLICIES/ Customer orders are accepted from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Orders need to be placed at a minimum of one business day prior to the start of your event. Orders placed after 2pm for next day delivery or order place for same day delivery will be considered Pop-Up orders and must be called in before input in to CaterTrax and confirmed by an or phone call between Restaurant Associates and Deloitte. These orders need to be placed using the ASAP/POP UP menu. Deloitte will provide a minimal guaranteed count at least three (3) business days prior to each function. If this number is reduced, the customer will be charged for number guaranteed. The minimal guaranteed can be increased but not decreased. Should the customer cancel the order, less than one business day from the start time of the function, Restaurant Associates will bill the client 100% of the order. Should the customer cancel the order, the day before the function, Restaurant Associates may bill the client for charges incurred to produce the order. 27
