Factory specialized in ecological IQF oven semi dried, sun dried, chargrilled & dehydrated vegetable / fruit production. High-tech machinery allows the products to be produced without any human touch with full machinery use in closed hygiene environment. In addition to variable available products, company also accepts customer specific production according to EU,US,UK,Canada,Japan and Australia health and quality standards. Quality management of farming also done by the company agricultural engineers. Raw products purchased as per yearly contracts directly from producers (farmers). All necessary microbiological, physical and chemical testing of raw and final products made by Eko Lab and third party institutes. 6 GREEN FACTORY Hello, This is Askin, SVP Sales of Ekofood. This is our family business, I am proud of being part of this smily & professional team. Our target is to produce best semi dried tomatoes in the world and to have best customer feedback due to our quality and after sales service. Waste Management Besides 3 separate waste lines (production, human, others) within our own premises, wastes are refined at Local Industrial Zone s recycling center. Water Management We have been using mechanical and UV filters with reverse osmosis to use underground waters. Energy Management - We take advantages of sun-light during the dayshift of work because of having UV roof. Beside that we have started project of energy productivity and used LED in our office building since December Our factory has produced it s own energy by using 450 KW Solar Energy Panels since June 2016.
