Otherwise, yur car may be twed at the wner s expense. The rws suth f the building and west f the WFCG Office are fr Shw attendees nly. Handicapped parking is alng the building sidewalk and n the east side f the WFCG Office. 2. xhibits must remain intact until the end f the Shw n Sunday at 5:00pm. Anyne tearing dwn their display befre 5:00pm will be fined $100. This is fr the appearance f the Shw and the saftey f the public in attendence. There will be n exceptins. Shw staff will begin inspectin Sunday at 4:50pm. 3. Suth entrance drs will be lcked during shw hurs. rs cannt be prpped pen during shw hurs. All prpped drs will be secured shut. xhibitrs must use the G entrance during this time. Phne calls can be made at the nrth entrances where the public cannt enter. 4. xhibitr agrees t install attractive display f their prducts and services. xhibit materials including banners, signs, tables, chairs and prducts must nt exceed 3 in height n the sides f the exhibit space beginning at frm the back f the exhibit t the frnt f the exhibit space. BOOTHS MUST B ST UP AN WILL B INSPCT BGINNING AT NOON ON FRIAY. If yu exceed the height restrictin yu will be asked t remve r recnfigure yur space. This rule helps t eliminate blcking yur neighbrs. In special cases, arrangements can be made in advance nly if the event staff and adjining neighbrs are in agreement. NO XCPTIONS. 5. All TV, radi, stere, musical instruments and ther machines prducing sund must be kept t a vlume nt t disturb neighbrs. 6. xhibitr agrees nt t sublet r assign any prtin f their space. 7. Management reserves the right t reject r prhibit any exhibit, part f exhibit, r prpsed exhibit, including persns, things, cnduct, printed materials, catalgs, r suvenirs, which in its pinin are nt suitable fr the shw. 8. Shw management assumes n respnsibility fr any gds r merchandise f any kind that are placed in yur display. xhibitr has sle liability fr any damage r lss f any part f their display.. The driving f nails, tacks, screws r use f any methd f attaching materials t walls, flrs, railings r curtains is prhibited. Any damage caused by this will result in the exhibitr being charged fr repair r replacement. 10. The exhibitr will be required t replace, repair r therwise assume expense fr any defacement r injury f premises caused by their exhibit r their representatives. 11. Heavy materials r equipment shall nt be dragged, skidded r rlled ver the flrs, but will be transprted with the apprpriate equipment. 12. xhibitr is respnsible fr any stains, scratches, marks r mars left n flr. 13. N highly flammable r explsive materials will be permitted in the buildings. 14. N pen flames are permitted within the buildings except by management s. cnsent. 15. N liqur, intxicating beverages r smking will be permitted in the buildings at any time during the expsitin. 16. N helium ballns r yardsticks may be given ut at the Shw. 17. It is understd and agreed that in case the management shall fail t pen the shw as scheduled, r t furnish space that the exhibitr cntracted (r t substitute a cmparable space), it will refund t the exhibitr all sums paid. Hwever, if management is unable t pen the Shw, r is cmpelled t pstpne r relcate the Shw due t strikes, fires, casualties, acts f Gd, r ther causes beynd management s cntrl, then it shall nt be in any manner financially liable t exhibitr. 18. Management reserves the right t adpt and set further rules and regulatins as shall be reasnably necessary fr the cnvenience and safety f exhibitrs. 1.
