One of our restaurant s signature features is that we have the only genuine coal-burning oven in Georgia, enabling us to serve perfectly crisp pizzas and create a unique taste and texture that has been a hallmark of New York City pizzerias for more than a century. Here at Max s, we re all about the pizza. We ve created the perfect dough which we top with our secret red sauce recipe, mozzarella, classic meats and fresh vegetables. Max s boasts a warm and invi=ng atmosphere featuring 3,000 square feet of restaurant space and 3,000 square feet of private event space upstairs. 8 R E S T A U R A N T R O W F A Q FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM Food and beverage minimums vary depending upon the size of the group, event date and room(s) used. The minimum is non-inclusive of service charge or tax. Events are based on a 3-4 hour =me period. Events that extend over four hours are subject to addi=onal fees. GUARANTEE Final guest guarantee is due no less than 5 business days prior to the event. If a final guest guarantee is not received, the number of guests originally indicated, will become the guaranteed apendance for billing purposes. The final bill will reflect the guaranteed apendance or actual apendance, whichever is greater. Guest counts may be lowered inside of 5 business days, which may be increased up to 48 hours with LVR approval. SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX There is a 23% service charge applied to each event. An 8.9% sales tax will be charged on food, beverage and service charge. An addi=onal 3% tax will be charged on all liquor items. CANCELLATION The following cancella=on fees will be retained by LVR in the event of cancella=on. Consult the event sales manager for restaurant buyout cancella=on policy days prior to event date: Ini=al deposit days prior to event date: 75% of all an=cipated charges and fees 10 days or less prior to event date: 100% of all an=cipated charges and fees MENU Food and beverage menu selec=ons should be made no later than 10 business days prior to an event. PARKING Legacy Ventures does not provide parking valida=ons for private events. Self-parking vouchers are available for purchase and must be pre-ordered in advance. Self-parking vouchers are valid at the Hilton Garden Inn parking deck on MariePa Street located across from Restaurant Row. DÉCOR / OUTSIDE VENDORS Restaurant Row provides tables, chairs, black table linens and vo=ve candles upon request. Entertainment, outside vendors and any addi=onal décor must be approved by Legacy Ventures prior to your event. FEES Fees may be assessed for staffing and extensive room setup. 8
