For our dishes, cooked on the premises, we use the freshest, highest quality ingredients, sourced from partners in the Hannover region and prepared in-house. So at Gasthaus Meyer (Meyer s Inn) you ll find such specialities as homemade ground beef steak, the Sunday special pan or classic Wiener Schnitzel. All sauces and soups are also prepared here by hand with loving care from fresh ingredients. Our ice cream is also made from hand picked ingredients in our own manufactory. As Meyer s meals are only prepared to order, they all retain their full flavour, aroma and nourishment from the kitchen to the table.
