1 A heartly welcome to our We are glad that you join us on one culinary journey through the Alps From western France to Italy, Germany to Austria, we have been inspired by dishes that make us forget everyday life and take us into the harsh, beautiful and unique mountain landscape. The alpine cuisine convinces especially by the quality and regionality of their products and in order to implement this in our kitchen, we win the Löwenmetzgerei from Heubach as meat supplier, who are known for their craftsmanship, as well as their work with regional farmers. Our vegetable and fruit supplier is also known as a regional market trader Marktstand Kurz, with whom we have been working successfully for many years and who stands for fresh and good products. We source our bread from the Berroth bakery, which has made its name in Gmünd from generation to generation thanks to tasty baked goods and good quality.
