2 Welcome to the Motorpoint Arena Hospitality and Catering Department. We have designed these menus to give you a choice of premium buffets, with the ability to enhance your choice with hot and cold additions. You can also pre order all drinks and snacks using the pre order forms at the end of this document. To ensure you get the best value from your selections, we recommend you take advantage of our Early Bird Offer. To take advantage of the Early Bird Offer, food orders must be received no later than 1 week prior to the event. sheffieldhospitality@livenation.co.uk Fax: Phone: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW... All food and beverage orders MUST be placed no later than twelve o clock mid-day, four working days prior to the event. All menu selections are for a minimum of six people. LEASE HOLDERS All lease holders will be invoiced after the event, 30 days payment terms. Alternatively credit card payments can be arranged prior to the event. SINGLE EVENT HIRE CUSTOMERS All food must be pre paid prior to the event, by credit card. A standard bar will be placed in your suite unless otherwise instructed. To enable the bar to be opened, a swipe of a credit or debit card will be taken on the event night and the bill settled at the end of the show. A standard bar includes; 12 x soft drinks (500ml), 4 x still water (500ml), 1x white wine (70cl), 6 x lager (440ml), 6 x cider (500ml), 3 x Cava (200ml). We do not operate an invoice policy for single event hire. All menus will be arranged in the suite prior to your arrival. You may wish to consider individual waitress service (price upon application). GENERAL NOTES ON SUITES & MENUS (Applicable to both Lease Holders and Single Event Hire Customers) All prices are inclusive of VAT. All our products may contain nuts or nut derivatives. All fish dishes may contain bones Motorpoint Arena is a no smoking building. A pass-out system is in operation on concourse level. Please ask a member of staff on the night for details. All products are subject to availability and where necessary an appropriate substitute will be found. It is venue policy that all public must vacate the building no later than 30 minutes after the main artist has left the stage. Therefore the bar will be closed 15 minutes prior to the end of the show on cash or card payments.

3 FOOD Pick n Mix Menu This menu is a buffet option which gives you the opportunity to select exactly what you and your guests require. Please choose 1 item from the Hot Options section and 3 items from the Chilled Options section. The options chosen will be for the whole party (Minimum order of 6). Indian Selection Individual Keema and Rice topped with mini naan bread, Vegetable Samosas, Poppadoms and an assortment of spicy dips & pickles. B. Chinese Selection Lemon & Ginger Chicken skewers, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Hoi Sin Duck pancakes, Vegetable dim sum. Served with a trio of Oriental dips. C. British Selection Individual Pie & Peas, Cornish Pasties, Sausage Rolls and a selection of Chutney & Relish. D. Italian Selection Individual Lasagne, Garlic Dough Balls with pesto dressing & garlic mayo and Crostini bread & dips. V. Vegetarian Selection Individual Vegetarian Lasagne, Vegetable Samosas, Cheese & Garlic Dough Balls and Spicy Vegetable Spring Rolls.

Carved Whole Ciabattas Two whole ciabatta loafs One filled with turkey, bacon, tomatoes & mixed leaves with a roasted onion and mustard mayonnaise, and the other filled with Somerset brie, sun blushed tomatoes & dressed leaves with a smoked paprika mayonnaise. G. Ploughman s Slate Bite size local cheeses, mini pork pies, mini savoury eggs & pickled vegetables. Served on black slate with homemade piccalilli and crisp breads. H. Mediterranean Mezze Platter A selection of Italian olives, sun blush tomatoes, stuffed red peppers, feta cheese in olive oil & garlic crostini. I. House Salad A mixed salad served with our speciality house dressing. J. House Coleslaw Our special recipe coleslaw made with the freshest vegetables bound in a horseradish and chive dressing. K. Snack Buckets Buckets of potato crisps and tortilla chips served with sour cream, salsa and barbeque sauce. L. Farmhouse Cheeseboard A selection of the finest cheeses served on a wooden board with home baked loaves and fruit chutneys. M. Tower of Treats A tower of mini doughnuts, mini cupcakes, mini muffins, mini flapjacks and more. N. 5 Premium Menu Early Bird Price per Head: 20 Full Price per Head: 23 Minimum Order: 6 People This menu is a hot buffet option. You can choose from the following: Beef and Ale Pie Slow cooked steak with button mushrooms and shallots in a rich ale & sage gravy, topped with a suet pastry crust. Served with minted mushy peas, pickled red cabbage and warm bread rolls. Chicken Tikka Masala Chunks of roasted chicken breast marinated with Indian spices and cooked in a medium strength creamy sauce of tomatoes, onions & red pepper. Served with basmati rice, naan bread and mini Poppadums & pickle tray. Sweet Potato Curry Chunky sweet potatoes cooked in a rich mildly spiced coconut sauce with chickpeas and spinach. Served with braised rice, garlic Naan mini Poppadoms. Early Bird Price per Head: 20 Full Price per Head: 23 Minimum Order: 6 People Desserts The following dessert option can be added to the Premium menu at a price of 3.50 per head (minimum of 6). Tower of Treats A tower of mini doughnuts, mini cupcakes, mini muffins and mini flapjacks. Served with chocolate dipped fruits, marshmallows and chocolate pieces. 6 WINES House Wines: White: Medium dry Red: Medium dry Single serve bottles of red, rose or white wine 4.50 Blush Invenio Zinfandel Rose California Light fruity rosé bursting with strawberry, raspberry & cherry flavours. Medium bodied but well balanced and refreshing. White Lobo Loco Macabeo Spain An attractive dry white with floral aromas and a crisp finish. Fresh on the nose with lemon and delicate peachy notes. Clean & crisp on the palate with plenty of tangy citrus notes. Blossom Hill White California Californian blend with lots of fresh and fruity Colombard to give an off-dry, easydrinking style. Peach and fig aromas with rich fruit flavours. Ochre Mountain Sauvignon Blanc (Fair Trade)Chile Fresh & citrusy on the nose with clean acidity on the palate. Red Las Cazas Mendoza Argentina Gentle dark fruit aromas and a hint of oak give character to this mid-bodied red. Aimery Vin de Pays Cabernet Sauvignon France Marked leafy cabernet aromas with soft subtle tannins on the pallet. Ochre Mountain Merlot (Fair Trade) Chile Well rounded and smooth in flavour with pronounced blackcurrant fruit.

7 CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING WINE Prosecco Sartori A light and refreshing sparkling wine with delicate fruit flavours and soft intensity, this is great wine by any standards. Lanson Black Label Lanson Black Label Brut Champagne is a respected Non-Vintage Brut champagne, universally appreciated for its classic, fresh and elegant style. It has hints of spring flowers with a touch of toast and honey, followed by strong fruit and balancing citrus flavours. Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Veuve Yellow Label is a beautifully balanced champagne. Made with mainly Pinot Noir, it has a firm structure, rounded with a touch of Pinot Meunier. Almost a third of the wine is Chardonnay, which gives elegance, finesse and balance. The strength of this golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of fruit are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla when the wine is allowed to age in the bottle. Brut Yellow Label offers a perfect balance of finesse and forcefulness. Stylish and concentrated with a weight of pinot fruit.

11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING Live Nation trades under the following Terms and Conditions and all Customers should be conversant with them when placing orders. 1. Credit Facilities are provided at the sole discretions of Live Nation. We reserve the right at all times, without giving reason or notice, to refuse or limit credit facilities. 2. The placing of an order will amount to an acceptance of these conditions 3. All orders must be accompanied by the name of person, or Title of Limited Company (complete with Company Registration Number) who is liable for the charges, plus name of person placing the order. Failure to provide this information could result in the order being refused. 4. Where an Employee on behalf of his/her Employer places an order, the order is accepted in good faith that the Employee has full authorisation to do so. 5. Unless Live Nation advises a Customer otherwise in writing, then terms are strictly payment within Thirty days of receipt of invoice. 6. Amounts invoiced must be paid in full without any set-off or counter claim. 7. Any Credit Limit is such that Live Nation may determine from time to time. If the limit is exceeded, any excess must be paid on demand. 8. Failure to pay any due invoice within the above payment terms will result in credit arrangements being withdrawn. 9. Live Nation reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 15% per annum compound monthly on all overdue amounts. 10. Disputes relating to items charged must be received within 7 days of the Event. Failure to comply will result in the items charged being due as per above terms. An appropriate credit will be given (if applicable) on the outcome of the said dispute. A refund will only be allowed where the account balance is in credit. 11. We reserve the right to charge all costs incurred in obtaining payment if invoices are not paid in accordance with these terms. 12. Live Nation will not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform its obligations as a result of fire, shortages of labour or goods supplies, strikes, industrial disputes or any other cause beyond the control of the Company. 13. The Customer shall indemnify the Live Nation against all costs, claims, expenses, demands and liabilities incurred by or made against Live Nation as a result of the negligence or wilful default of the Customer or any of its guests. 14. Cancellation of any food order must be received 7 working days prior to the Event. Failure to comply may result in a charge of 50% of the total cost being invoiced. 15. In the event of no communication from you to the contrary, it will be taken that our Terms and Conditions are acceptable.
