Comprised of 12-string guitar, electric bass, Irish flute, fiddle, bodhran, and vocals, they weave their own special blend of Trad with Attitude, Celtic Craic, and Pot O' Gold Folk! Mixing the tunes of Ireland and Scotland, with a heaping spoonful of Maritime flavour, and a dash of Folk, is their recipe for a modern day kitchen party! 3 The birds & the bees are a welcome sign of spring,and we thought we d pay tribute to the pollination season with a cider in their honour. Our farm-crafted apple cider is blended with Vancouver Island fireweed honey and lemon bitters for a zesty finish buzzing with goodness Crafted from King apples, Northern Spies and other apples of mysterious lineage, this off-dry cider is crowdsourced and community-minded to the core Pippins is a sharp style cider, thanks to the Yellow Newton Pippin apples we use and cool fermentation from champagne yeast. Pippins features pineapple and confectionary notes, and is incredibly food friendly A still, Normandy-style cider crafted by slowly fermenting hand-pressed Snow apples. Potent yet refined, Pommeau has a smoky nose of cinnamon, dried fruit, apple, and maple syrup while boasting a velvety, full mouth feel $ tax with Cider Pairings and $ tax without Cider Sea Cider is a family-owned, community-minded orchard and ciderhouse. They grow organic cider apples and strive to produce award-winning cider. We are a small farm with a big heart and aim to deliver an exceptional experience.
