2 We are proud to have you consider the University of New Brunswick for your wedding reception. We understand that this is a once in a lifetime special day and every detail is important no matter how small. We are known for our INNOVATIVE MENUS, our personal commitment to MEETING ALL OF YOUR EXPECTATIONS and ensuring that every small detail is looked after. Our AWARD WINNING EXECUTIVE CHEF, Leanne English, delights in designing menus that satisfy your every need from that special meal to a midnight snack at the end of the evening every morsel will amaze you and your guests. If you are not sure about a menu choice, Chef English will be pleased to provide a sampling of three menu options. Our Director of Catering, Cindy McCoy, is known for her attention to detail and her ability to ensure that she knows your every wish and delivers the most PERFECT RECEPTION that you ever envisioned. With her vast experience, she will be a valuable resource to guide you through the complete planning of your reception and will TAKE ALL OF THE WORRIES OFF OF YOUR SHOULDERS. Cindy ensures that our professional catering staff understands every nuance that will make this day memorable. We are pleased to assist you by arranging for décor, table centerpieces or flowers for the reception. Because your wedding day is all about the Bride and Groom, you will dine with our compliments and we will provide your choice of a glass of CHAMPAGNE OR SPARKLING CIDER to you and your head table guests for the Toasts!
3 GENERAL INFORMATION LIQUOR SERVICES Please Request a Bar Services insert for the information on how to make arrangements for the liquor services at your event. The insert reviews how to book your space, how to obtain a liquor license application form, the types of liquor service offered and our bar selections and guidelines. CANCELLATIONS To avoid billing charges, banquets and large events will require a 72 hour cancellation and the customer will incur any costs that have been generated in relation to the event. PAYMENT Billing options include: Cheque, Cash, Debit, or Credit Card. A 50% deposit is required upon booking of your event and the balance will be due 24 hours prior to the event. Charges are based on the number of guests given at the time of confirmation or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. Any lost or misplaced catering items are the responsibility of the client and will be included on your invoice. Any additional costs or final bar reconciliation will be billed at the end of the event. Catering deliveries requested on Holidays may be subject to additional charges. MENU PRICES All menu prices are quoted on a per person basis unless otherwise stated and DO NOT include HST. GRATUITIES We DO NOT add gratuities to your bill. Gratuities are purely voluntary. If you choose to leave a gratuity, please make arrangement with the Catering Director.
