2 MISSION STATEMENT We are a multifaceted company providing catering and hospitality solutions. Our focus regarding catering is flexible but revolves around food on the move. Through many years of experience we have adapted food service with limited heating and cooling facilities on coaches and buses. Individual hygienic packaging ensures that fresh, wholesome delicious meals are provided. Consistent quality standards ensure confidence in catering services. Menus for different cultures are important (Vegetarian, Non-dairy, Halaal, Kosher). Range of menus encompasses Corporate, Social programmes, Executive, Staff, Travellers, Students and many others. (Arrangements on this can be confirmed at a later stage) 4) All packaging is colour branded at no additional cost. 5) Any dietary needs will be produced and marked as required.

9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CATERING ON BOARD. Quote will be sent to client for approval of costing and content. Advice and final requirements to be signed off on quote. Invoice generated and sent by (if time allows 60% to be paid on presentation). The balance to be paid 48 hours before delivery. Should an urgent order be required, full payment must be received on presentation of invoice, prior to delivery. Logistics and timing will be checked for health and safety issues. Fresh meals should be consumed within 2 hours, as there is no refrigeration on coaches. Fresh produce can vary seasonally (items may vary). A minimum of items per order, otherwise a surcharge of R25.00 per item will be imposed. Delivery fee locally R and regionally R (including toll fees where applicable) CANCELLATION Any cancellation 48 hours prior to delivery, will attract a 50% fee Cancellation 24 hours prior to delivery, will attract a 100% fee. GENERAL ISSUES Many different options can be created for your needs and will be quoted on accordingly. We require sufficient time to complete your order, generally 48 hours before is marked as urgent. If we need to source specialised packaging, time will be a factor.
