This is an exciting time for couples, and we are honored to be a part of this new chapter of your lives. Our Events and Catering team will work with you every step of the way offering guidance and support from the initial inquiry, until we see Just Married as you leave for your honeymoon. 3 General Wedding Reception Catering Guidelines All facility use must be in keeping with The Salvation Army s purposes and mission statement and the mission statement of the RJKCCC. The Salvation Army Kroc Center is a family friendly environment. All public events that take place in The Kroc Center must be appropriate for all ages. All event marketing materials, signage, multi-media, lyrics, etc. must be approved prior to contract and distribution. The Salvation Army reserves the right to terminate the event at any time if content of the event is deemed inappropriate. The Salvation Army Kroc Center is a non-alcoholic venue, and the use of tobacco products including, but not limited to, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and smokeless tobacco is strictly prohibited on property. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the cancellation of your event, and forfeiture of any or all payments. Final count and final Rental Event Order is due 10 days prior to your reception date. Orders received within 10 days of your event are based on availability, and may incur additional service charges. Outside food and beverage (with the exception of specialty wedding cake and/or cupcakes) is strictly prohibited. All food and beverage must be ordered through Kroc Catering. All catering orders must be placed through the Kroc Center Event s Department. All catered food will be removed two hours after serving. Beverages will be removed three hours after serve time unless otherwise specified. An 18% administrative/service fee will be applied to all food and beverage orders. 7% Indiana State Sales Tax will be applied to all Kroc Catering orders. Levels of Catering Service Kroc Catering offers 2 levels of service to meet the needs of a variety of budgets. Standard Service is included with all catering orders. Full Service is available for an additional $3.00 extra per guest. Standard Service Catering is for the guest that would like an event that is beautiful and cost effective, yet hassle free. Standard service includes disposable cutlery, plates, cups, and napkins. White table linens and optional seasonal centerpieces are also included in Standard Service Catering. Full Service Catering is for the guest that would like a more elegant experience. Full Service Catering includes white linen tablecloths, choice of colored overlay linens, full china, glassware, silverware, white linens napkins, upgraded seasonal centerpieces, and optional votive candles.

7 Served Meal Options A served meal offers our highest level of service, and a perfect way to treat your guests like royalty on your special day. Served Meals include our Full Service Catering level with silverware, china flatware, glassware, linen tablecloths and napkins. Our meals are served in three courses, with a choice of salad, entrée, and dessert. Prices are on a per person basis, and vary with the entrée selection.
