The kitchen is as British as the venue headed up by our chef Craig Watson who was born and bred in Oundle, Northamptonshire, England. We work continuously with local producers and farmers to source the best quality local produce direct from the source and process everything in house to ensure we control every step from paddock to plate. 11 T&C S To confirm your function booking please read through the following terms and conditions and complete by signing below. CONFIRMATION OF DETAILS Tentative bookings will be held for seven days only. To confirm your booking a deposit and a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions is required. Where applicable, credit card details may also be required for function confirmation in addition to a deposit. Menu and beverage requirements are to be confirmed 21 working days prior to function. Confirmation of attendance numbers is required 21 working days prior to function date with changes no later than seven working days prior. After this date the total account for the function will be based on confirmed numbers or actual attendance whichever is greatest (where applicable). In the event of guest numbers changing significantly, please note that we reserve the right to amend quoted prices, the conditions, your nominated room or area, prior to the commencement of the event. Note, nonsigning of this agreement does not constitute non-acceptance of these terms and conditions, once a deposit has been paid or function confirmed these terms and conditions apply. CANCELLATIONS In the case of a confirmed function being cancelled, 100% of the booking deposit will be refunded if notified within 21 working days prior to the event. If less than 21 working days, no refund will be issued. ROOM ASSIGNMENT Pig N Whistle reserves the right to change the assigned room for a function in the event that the confirmed number of guests drop below the minimum threshold or that the room assigned becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside of the Pig N Whistle s control. Pig N Whistle cannot be held accountable for changes in weather. We will do our utmost to accommodate your function, however should space not present itself, please be aware that a private area may not be available. DRESS STANDARDS Dress standards do apply. Please contact Pig N Whistle with any enquiries. IDENTIFICATION REGULATIONS Current Government regulations apply for all functions. The regulation states that a current Australian State or Territory issued Drivers License (with a photograph), 18 Plus Card or current Australian or International Passport are the only valid forms of identification accepted to enter the licensed premises and purchase liquor or tobacco. RESPONSIBLE ADULTS AND MINORS Those unable to present identification or those under the age of 18 years are welcome to attend a function under the following strict regulations. Minors must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. A responsible adult accountable for supervising a minor is defined by Liquor Act 1992 as a parent, step-parent, guardian or other adult who has parental responsibility for the minor whilst they are on licensed premises. Minors or those without I.D MUST NOT consume any form of alcoholic beverages or tobacco OR APPROACH THE BAR. Minors or those without I.D are not permitted outside of the function area and are obligated to leave the premises by 9pm sharp. No adult is to purchase liquor for a minor or those without I.D. Those who purchase alcohol for minors or those without I.D, or any minor caught consuming alcohol or cigarettes, will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. It is a requirement of the Pig N Whistle that all minors or those without ID, are to wear identification supplied by Pig N Whistle to determine that they are under age or without ID at all times during the function. Those who remove their Identification will be asked to leave the premises. LOSS OR DAMAGE OF GOODS Pig N Whistle will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal property or company belongings, goods left or stored on the premises prior to, during or after the function. GST Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted inclusive of GST PAYMENT OF FOOD Food to be paid a minimum of 7 working days in advance. All prices quoted are correct and available at the time of printing but are susceptible to change. If specific menu items become unavailable the establishment will substitute those items for others of similar value and quality. Payment is to be made by Cash or Credit Card only. Pig N Whistle will not accept company or personal cheques. Please note notification of any changes to the pre-ordered food, must be made no later than 2 hours before the function. PATRON CARE Our obligations under the liquor act state that we are not permitted to serve or continue service of alcohol to patrons, who in our opinion are intoxicated. Management reserves the right to exercise regulatory conditions at any time during a function if it is believed that the alcohol consumption rate is excessive.
