The welcome reception is available the first night for 1 ½ hours and will consist of refreshments, cookies and brownies if you purchase this package at the current room rates, catering and banquet rates. We can also provide complimentary hospitality room for your arrival day and for your banquet dinner with a minimum amount of food and beverage purchased. Please contact us for additional details. We offer $10.00 valet parking and $20.00 valet for overnight parking per automobile. Next Steps We have attached a diagram of our ballroom showing the dimensions and configurations available and a selection of menus designed for reunion events. Of course if you do have special requests we will be happy to work with you. To book your event and hold your dates, A $ deposit is required when making a definite booking and submitting the signed contract. This deposit will be applied to your banquet event.
