The cast and crew at Water Street are committed to providing the highest level of service and entertainment. We have been electrifying audiences in the Saint John area with quality entertainment and flavorsome cuisine for the past five years. At Water Street we understand the amount of time and effort that is involved in planning an event such as yours, therefore, if there is any additional service that we might provide above those outlined in this document, please do not hesitate to ask. At Water Street we are proud to offer, very casual informal dining. Tables are set banquet style, and audience participation is almost assured. Cost: The cost for Adults is $44.25+HST, which includes the three act show, and three course meal. Children twelve and under can enjoy the show and children's menu for $19.98+HST. Beverages other than tea & coffee are not included in the price. Group rates are available. (Please see group rates) How to Find Us: The Water Street Dinner Theatre is located at 110 Water Street, Saint John N.B. above Steamers Lobster Co. There is ample parking available on Water Street, as well as in the adjacent parking lot across Water Street. Show Times: Productions at the Water Street Dinner Theatre generally run every Saturday evening, and by demand. Shows begin at 7pm sharp. Arrival Time is 6:30pm Shows typically last three hours, letting out at 10:00pm

3 At Water Street we take pride in providing our guests with the highest quality cuisine to accompany their theatre experience. While at Water Street, each guest will enjoy a three course meal as part of their dining experience. Dining Timeline: 6:30pm: Garden Greens Salad with dressings (French, Ranch, or Zesty Italian) & Fresh Dinner Rolls. 7:00pm: ACT 1 begins 7:45pm: MAIN ENTRÉE For your dining enjoyment, our talented chefs currently offer three mouth-watering dishes for you to choose from. 1. Supreme Chicken Breast smothered in a Carbonara sauce. 2. Salmon Fillet, with a Dill Hollandaise sauce 3. 8oz Prime Rib with a Mushroom & Onion Sauce. All entrées are served with garlic mashed potatoes, and the Chef s fresh vegetable selection. Children s menu includes Salad, Chicken Fingers & Fries, dessert, & cold beverage. 8:15pm: ACT 2 begins 9:00pm: Chef s Feature Dessert Blondie Obsession is a coffee caramel cake draped in rich milk chocolate. 9:30pm: ACT 3 begins

4 The Water Street Dinner Theatre is happy to offer discounted rates to groups confirming forty guests or more. Our current on site capacity is 110 guests per show. Group Rate A: (40-99 guests guaranteed) Regular price $44.25* less 10% = $40.23* + One complimentary meal for the event organizer. Group Rate B: (100 guests guaranteed) Regular Price $44.25* less 15% = $38.48* +Two complimentary meals for event organizers. Private Onsite shows may be booked for groups of 75 or more guests. Offsite Productions: Have the Water Street Dinner Theatre come to you. At Water Street we design our productions with travel in mind. Interested parties can call for rate information. It s a fast, fun and easy way to raise money for your organization. How it Works: Have your event organizer or chairperson contact our reservation centre, We ll pick an evening for a performance that coincides with your fund-raising timeline. Water Street will issue you 100 show tickets for the specified date. Have members of your organization sell the tickets. Show Up the night of the performance. It s that simple.
