2 About Chase Chase Distillery was started by William Chase in 2008, with the mission to challenge the status quo in the spirits industry, as pioneers of the first Single-Estate Distillery in Britain. Why Chase? Well, we grow British Potatoes that we distil into Chase Vodka and then redistil with wild botanicals to make Chase GB Gin. Our family has a passion for farming and we distil from scratch, taking 250 glorious Herefordshire potatoes to make every bottle. Producing a multi award-winning product doesn t happen by chance. It takes meticulous dedication, craftsmanship and passion from our people. It s this Single-Estate approach that makes us different something you can taste in our award-winning spirits. William s son Harry heads up the farm and son James travels the world as Global Brand Ambassador spreading our Single-Estate message. Still to this day, every batch is signed off by a family member. We are the first Single-Estate Distillery in the UK. As Farmers at heart, we understand the relationship with the land and ingredients around us. We keep a close eye on the entire process from the first seed to the last bottle, giving true provenance and traceability. Producing a multi-award winning product doesn t happen by chance. It takes meticulous dedication, craft and care. We use only the best- the best ingredients, the best methods, the best people. This leads to unrivalled flavour that is the perfect base for all our cocktails. We are proudly British and a touch eccentric. It s here that we grow King Edward and Lady Claire potatoes for our range of Chase Vodkas and Gins. Having the distillery located on the farm allows us to keep a watchful eye over how our potatoes move from field to bottle. Visit us to discover our unique process, begin with a tour through the rolling hills of Herefordshire, digging up potatoes and strolling through the apple orchards, before meeting our beautiful copper stills Fat Betty and Ginny, and of course the tallest rectification column; Maximus. 16 Chase Rhubarb Vodka This delicately sweet infusion has earned a permanent place in our award-winning range. Herefordshire grown rhubarb is stewed then infused with our classic Chase Vodka, before fresh rhubarb is added for that distinctive pink tint. Nose Clean with fresh stewed rhubarb. Palate Naturally sweet with a hint of tartness and pepper. Finish Creamy, finishing like a fine reposado tequila or mescal. Perfect Serve Ideal for sipping neat, over ice, or as the base to a Rhubarb Fool. 17 Chase Oak Smoked Vodka Our oak smoked vodka is made in small batches just one to two thousand bottles each time. We leave water from our borehole in the smokehouse until it picks up a delicate smoky flavour, then blend it with our award winning vodka to achieve a sweet, smoky finish. Nose An initial peppery haze leads to sweet and creamy oak smoke. Palate Sweet, woody notes of liquorish. Hints of charcoal with bitterness and spice. Finish Soft and delicate smokiness. Perfect Serve Try it neat and slightly chilled as it tastes great on its own. With its smoky and moreish qualities, it also makes an inspired base for a Smoked Bloody Mary. Smoked Bloody Mary 50ml Chase Smoked Vodka 20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice Dash Tabasco sauce and Worcester sauce Tomato Juice and Celery Salt Shake ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Garnish with a stick of celery, lemon wedge, and a grind of black pepper.

18 Williams Elegant 48 Gin Elegant 48 is made from scratch using rare varieties of apples from our 200 year old bioganic cider orchards. In our bespoke gin still, we add hops, elderflower, juniper, Bramley apple and angelica, plus secret wild botanicals from our meadow and fresh water from our well. Nose Fresh aromas of juniper, citrus fruit and spices. Palate Elegant, crisp and fruity followed by warm spices and earthy undertones. Finish Full bodied, aromatic, complex. Perfect Serve Designed to create the ultimate Gin Martini Elegant Martini 1 part Dry Vermouth, 2 parts Williams Chase Elegant Gin Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a slice of apple.

19 Chase Pink Grapefruit Gin A spectacular pairing of fresh pink grapefruit with our award winning GB gin. Floral and zesty, a wave of tartness hits your tongue first, followed by a juicy kick of grapefruit peel. Subtle hints of juniper round out the flavour. Nose Powerful notes of fleshy pink grapefruit combined with subtle hints of juniper and lime zest. Palate Tart grapefruit meets robust juniper. Finish Strong grapefruit peel. Perfect Serve Enjoy as a Grapefruit and Cucumber Bliss. Pink Grapefruit Gin & Tonic 1 part Chase Pink Grapefruit Gin, 3 parts tonic water. 20 Chase Seville Orange Gin Made with botanicals including juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almonds, our Seville Orange Gin is simply bursting with flavour. A final infusion with raw peel from Seville oranges gives it a crisp, citrus finish. Wonderfully zingy. Nose Floral oils up front followed by fruity notes like a hot cross bun. Palate Smooth and sweet orange tones with a welcoming mouth coating roundness. Finish Full bodied, finishing with a burst of fresh orange zest. Perfect Serve Use to create a Seville Orange Gimlet. Seville Orange Gimlet 50ml Williams Chase Seville Orange Gin 20ml Lime Juice 15ml Sugar Syrup 5ml Fresh Orange Juice Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Wild hedgerow sloe berries from Herefordshire and hard to find mulberries are gently macerated in our superlative Chase GB Gin and then aged in Rhone Valley red wine casks. Nose Sweet notes of ripe blackcurrants, redcurrants, stone fruit and rich botanical complexity. Palate Smooth and rich mouth-feel with warm rich cassis and plummy stone fruit.
