4 Seasonal Abdominable Snowman Coffee Blonde Ale Rich & full-bodied golden ale aged on custom light-roast Honduran coffee beans from our neighbors at John Joseph roasters in Prairie du Sac, WI. Robust & burly, yet super smooth character. 34 IBUs 6.7% abv Tippy Toboggan Roggen Bock Brewed with rye, European specialty malts & Czech Saaz hops, this old-world bock is a distant cousin to our Weiss bier and features a similarly fresh fruity aroma but with a complex nutty/spicy malt character. 22 IBUs 6.9% abv Bronze Medal Winner at the 2017 Best of Craft Beer Awards! SchwarzFahren Schwarzbier Things our brewmaster learned while a student in Germany: Bier trinken, Schwarzfahren. Tart, oaky, whiskey-laced, pie-spiced...this is some serious monkey business! ~9% abv Apple Brandy Dedication This decadent and spirited vintage edition of our abbey 'extra' Dubbel was brewed in early 2017 & spent over 10 months resting in apple brandy barrels from our friends at Yahara Bay Distillers here in Madison. ~10.7% abv Bourbon Barrel Max Stout 17 Maximilian is our ominously dark and massively flavorful Russian Imperial stout. This version was aged 8 months in bourbon barrels from Kentucky s Heaven Hill Distillery. ~10.7% abv Rockabye Our 1,000 TH batch celebration rye wine Thousandaire aged 6 months in rye whiskey barrels. A bittersweet lullaby, with rich malts, spicy oak, and muted whiskey in sublime harmony...'and good night.' ~11.0% abv
