2 ΕPSA: A story of refreshment EN The history of EPSA dates back to 1924, when there was a surplus of lemons in the geographical area of Pelion. Observing a sales increase of traditional lemonade by peddlers, the owners of EPSA set the goal to create a factory that produces Soft Drinks. A German Chemical Engineer was invited to assist with the production of lemonade. It was then that the secret recipe was born and is preserved until today. Maintaining, already, cold rooms for the conservation of fruits and sales of ice, EPSA starts, as well, the production of Soft Drinks. At that time, EPSA was the basic distributor of power supply for the whole area around. During the nine decades that passed since then, a lot of progress has been made. In 1937, EPSA was awarded the Golden Award for Quality at Thessaloniki International Fair. In 1940, the noted glass bottle of EPSA, that was meant to become the landmark of the brand, is designed. Today, EPSA is still situated at exactly the same place in Agria area, in the city of Volos, maintaining modern facilities for the production of Soft Drinks. EPSA applies systems of quality control ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO : 2005 and an IFS Food Standard certification. The last years, next to the classic Orangeade, Lemonade, Lemon Soda and Soda Water, many new products have been added: Iced Tea in several flavours, Tonic, Sour Cherry Drink, Organic Lemonade and Orangeade and Lemonade, Orangeade and EPSA Cola light (with sweetener from the stevia plant). Also, light drops, a liquid sweetener from the stevia plant, was the new innovation. Last, but not least, Pink Lemonade was the latest addition to our product list.

4 يرجع تاريخ شركة مرطبات إبسا EPSA إلى سنة 1924 حين كان هناك فاي ض من إنتاج الليمون في منطقة بيليون الجغرافية. وبعد أن لاحظ مالكو شركة إبسا ازدياد مبيعات الباعة المتجولين من شراب الليمون التقليدي (الليمونادة) فوضع مالكو الشركة هدفا لهم لا نشاء معمل للمشروبات المرطبة. وتم استدعاء مهندس كيمياي ي ألماني لكي يساعد في إنتاج شراب الليمون (الليمونادة). وحصل بعدها أن ولدت الوصفة السرية التي لا تزال في الحفظ والصون حتى اليوم. وكانت شركة إبسا تملك حجرات تبريد لحفظ الفواكه وبيع ألواح الثلج ثم بدأت با نتاج المشروبات المرطبة. وكانت شركة إبسا في ذلك الوقت الموزع الري يسي للطاقة الكهرباي ية في ساي ر أنحاء تلك المنطقة المحيطة. لقد حدث الكثير من التطور خلال العقود التسعة التي مرت منذ ذلك الحين. حصلت شركة إبسا في معرض سالونيك سنة 1937 على الجاي زة الذهبية للنوعية. وفي عام 1940 برزت إلى الوجود قنينة إبسا التي صممت لكي تصير فيما بعد السمة المميزة للشركة وعلامتها التجارية. لا تزال منشا ت شركة إبسا في المكان ذاته حتى اليوم في منطقة أغريا في مدينة فولوس مزودة با حدث الا جهزة والمعدات. تخضع منتجات إبسا من المرطبات لمواصفات أنظمة الجودة,2008 ISO 9001 : و ISO : 2005 وكذلك لشهادة المواصفات القياسية العلمية للا غذية IFS Food.Standard certification أضيفت في السنوات الا خيرة إلى جانب المنتجات التقليدية من شراب البرتقال (البرتقالادة) وشراب الليمون (الليمونادة) والصودا بالليمون والماء بالصودا أضيفت منتجات عديدة : كالشاي المثلج ذي النكهات العديدة وماء التونيك وشراب الكرز الحامض ومرطبات من المنتجات العضوية كما أضيفت أيضا مرطبات خفيفة (لايت) وقطر التحلية (قطرات لايت) التي كانت آخر ابتكاراتنا وكلها بمادة التحلية الما خوذة من نبات ستيفيا. وأخيرا وليس آخرا كان أحدث ما أضيف إلى ابتكاراتنا شراب الليمون الوردي.
