1 Badger Mountain Brewing-Wenatchee 1) Bimbo Beach Honey Blonde (5.2% ABV/ 20 IBU) A light Blonde with a hint of honey, our gateway beer to craft brewing. 2) Mumbai (5.8% ABV/64 IBU) A very smooth IPA, not too hoppy. Bale Breaker Brewing Company-Yakima 1) Fresh off the Farm IPA (7% ABV/ 60 IBU) Fresh off the Farm IPA was brewed in the center of hop field 41, just minutes from downtown Yakima, by Bale Breaker Brewing Company. A big hop aroma on a clean Pilsner malt base perfectly showcases a few of the newest and most exciting hop varieties off their family s hop farm. Whirlpool additions of Loral and Mosaic add depth to the nose generated from a post-fermentation charge of Mosaic and the experimental HBC 630. Originally brewed as the official beer of Seattle Beer Week 2017, this brew is being re-released to celebrate Bale Breaker's Fifth Anniversary. Get it while you can! 2) Bottomcutter IIPA (8.2% ABV/ 100 IBU) Double dry-hopped with homegrown Yakima hops, Bottomcutter IIPA may be light in color but is packed with citrus and pine hop character. This Imperial IPA is brewed to finish dry, perfect for the combination of Citra, Simcoe, and Ekuanot hops. As the bottomcutter is a tractor that leads the topcutter through the fields during harvest, this beer will lead to a new appreciation for our valley s hops. 3) Raging Ditch Peach (5.3% ABV/ 20 IBU) Named for the maze of irrigation ditches that flow throughout the Yakima Valley s rich farmland, Raging Ditch Dry-Hopped Blonde will quench a drinker s thirst on a hot summer afternoon. While on the lighter side, Bale Breaker s newest seasonal beer is dry-hopped with two exciting new hop varieties. Ekuanot imparts the bright citrus hop notes, while the stillexperimental hop variety, HBC344, provides a touch of tropical fruit character. Now with a twist! We took this seasonal favorite and added real peach & tangerine juice in the fermenter with just a sprinkle of hops. The perfect summer sipper! Bellwether Brewing Co-Spokane 1) Eclectic Feel (5% ABV/ 15 IBU) Pale ale, braggot, and gruit. A blend of hops, basil, black pepper, and birch bark go on top of a braggot of oat pale ale with wildflower honey. Light, easy drinking beer that perfectly marries ancient and Old World tradition for the modern craft beer lover. 2) St. Veronus (10% ABV) Blended barrel aged beer. One part Belgian tripel brewed with locally gleaned plums, one part wine barrel-aged imperial rye. Lightly sour and funky, fruity, hazy, herbal... complex without being heavy-handed and dangerously easy to drink for 10%. 3) Seawolf (7.8% ABV/ 15 IBU) 1

2 Modern interpretation of ancient Nordo-Celtic beer. Scottish ale base with lots of buckwheat honey. Robust malt-honey up front with a dry finish. Buckwheat honey perceives as black cherry, chocolate, and a little bit earthy. 4) March Hare's Mad Gruit Ale (5.9% ABV) Spring seasonal gruit ale. Hops, rose buds, lemongrass, catnip, and hibiscus are all added at the end of boil for a smooth, low-bitter, spring botanical blend. Great, easy drinking introduction to gruit and botanical beers. Being farmers we want a beer that is crisp and packed full of our Valley s hops. 2) Fickle Blonde (5.1% ABV/ 27 IBU) Being brunettes, we think blondes are kind of boring. Blonde beer that is. So we dry hopped this one with Citra hops to give it some character. Light, dry and tropical fruit make this the perfect beer for a day on the river. 3) Tiny Dog Session IPA (4.2% ABV/ 48 IBU) Dru Bru-Snoqualmie Pass 1) Pacific Crest Pale Ale (5.0% ABV/ 56 IBU) A hazy golden ale brewed with Ekuanot and Mosaic hops. Locally grown malt and oats from the Skagit Valley provide a smooth malt backbone which combines with berry, melon, and citrus hop aromas to create a perfect hiking refreshment. 2) Hefeweizen - Bavarian Style Wheat Ale (4.7% ABV/ 13 IBU) An unfiltered, straw colored, German style wheat ale with a light-medium body. Bavarian "Weissbier" yeast creates notes of banana and clove which couples with German grown wheat and barley malts for a sweet and dry beer with a slightly tart finish. Elysian Brewing Company-Seattle 1)Space Dust IPA (8.2% ABV/ 73 IBU) The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Armarillo. 2) Superfuzz Blood Orange Pale Ale (6.4% ABV/ 45 IBU) 2

3 This is a mind-bending whirl of the aromas and flavors of blood orange and Northwest hops. Orange Peel added to the whirlpool, and Blood Orange in the fermenter. 3) Frenetic Belgian IPA (8% ABV/ 73 IBU) New hops out of South Africa, Southern Passion and African Queen, excite us to no end. Our minds raced with the thoughts of passionfruit, dankness, currants, and berry flavors and aromas we'd experience. Pairing these hops with a slightly spicy Belgian yeast and a malt bill consisting of Pale/Vienna/Biscuit/Special B, Frenetic is an IPA that'll make you go manic as well. Fremont Brewing-Seattle 1) Summer Pale Ale (5.2% ABV/ 45 IBU) Summer Ale is tangerine flower in a glass endless days distilled into the sweet nectar of barley and hops. 2) Sister Imperial IPA (8.5% ABV) This Sister is fittingly bitter and a little sweet but she will always be there for you. 4 Lightly hazy and orange in color, this rocket jockey of an IPA blasts off with aromas of pineapple and oranges that are complemented with a melody of tropical flavors. Apollo, Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. 2) Bodhizafa IPA (6.9% ABV) This IPA gets its light silky texture from rolled oats. The flavor and aroma both express mandarin and citrus all around. Over five pounds of hops per barrel makes this IPA truly Bodhilicious. Chinook, Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus hops. 3) Roger s Pilsner (4.9% ABV) Crosby grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a Bavarian Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex. Ghostfish Brewing Company-Seattle 1) Meteor Shower Blonde Ale (4.5% ABV/ 19 IBU) This easy-drinking ale features flavors of melon from German Perle hops, a floral aroma, and a honey-like malt sweetness 2) Peak Buster Double IPA (9.5% ABV/ 93 IBU) Mango, passionfruit, and pine flavors dominate this double IPA thanks to a massive charge of Eureka, Azacca, and Centennial hops 3) Salty Starfish Coconut Brown Ale (5.3% ABV/ 25 IBU) A smooth brown ale brewed with lactose and salt, aged on coconut. Sweet, rich, and fullbodied Hop Nation Brewing Company-Yakima 1) Bock in the Goat Rocks (7.2% ABV/ 32 IBU) Helles Bock: lager, easy drinking, fruity with imported malty finish. 2) ESBeotch (6.5% ABV/ 64 IBU) ESB made with lager yeast. Think Anchor crossed with Redhook. Nice n dry with nutty notes supporting refreshing Yakima Valley Hop Notes. 3) Daily Weiss (4.1% ABV/ 18 IBU) Bavarian Hefeweizen, award winner at Leavenworth 2 years and running. Drinkable and deelish! 4) CREAM ON! (4.5% ABV/ 32 IBU) Pale Ale made with rolled Oats makes for a nice malty balanced Hop experience with the velvety mouthfeel provided by those oats. Ice Harbor Brewing Co. Kennewick 1) Ice Harbor IPA (6.8% ABV/ 60 IBU) A very well balanced and drinkable IPA. Lots of late addition kettle hops along with heavy dry hopping give this beer an assertive fruity flavor and aroma. This beer is delicately balanced with a medium maltiness that compliments without detracting from your hoppy experience. 2) Redneck Logger 4

5 Hoppy Amber Lager 3) Tangerine ExBEERience Hefeweizen (5.1% ABV/ 12 IBU) A golden unfiltered wheat beer with a taste of Tangerine. 4) Dust Cloud IPA (7.1% ABV/ 50 IBU) Our version of a New England hazy IPA. Juicy flavors of Mango, Pineapple, Peach, and Orange Sherbet softly come across followed by a mild bitterness. A pleasant very drinkable IPA. Iron Goat Brewing Spokane 1) Buzzsaw McThunder Hazy IPA (6.8% ABV/ 70 IBU) Pale gold with a thick cloudy haze, this juicy IPA boasts bold, dank aromas of grapefruit and pineapple with mango, papaya, and citrus pith flavors. It finishes clean and slightly sticky with a mild lingering bitterness. 2) Crouching Cherries Hidden Goat (7.5% ABV) A dark beer aged in Townshend red wine barrels with loads of chocolate aroma from the malts, the mixed culture fermentation creates a nice tartness rounded out with juiciness from the hidden acres cherries. 3) Blackberry Apricot Sour (6.5% ABV/ 15 IBU) Like a Siren, the Blackberry Apricot Sour beckons with its lush, rosy hue, then surprises with its first tart taste. More approachable with each sip, this American-Style Sour's flavor is crisp and clean with a subtle fruit finish. Iron Horse Brewery-Ellensburg 1) HAND CANNON (6.8% ABV/ 60 IBU) A Megablast of Hops: Mosaic, Azacca, Calypso Hops galore fill this explosive IPA, giving it a tropical and citrus aroma and flavor. The carapils malt helps provide the necessary stability to this hop loaded cannon sitting in your hand right now. 2) SEND IT (7.25% ABV/ 45 IBU) Because Waiting Can Wait! This pale ale knows how to crank. It s a highly drinkable, middletier abv beer with moderate hop intensity but full sendability. Laht Neppur Brewing Co.-Waitsburg 1) Strawberry Cream Ale (5.5% ABV/ 17 IBU) An American Amber made with Premium 2-row Barley, Carastan Malt, and Crystal 75 with a generous addition of concentrated strawberry juice and lactose for a little added sweetness. Very low in hops. 2) Millennium IPA (8.5% ABV/ 75 IBU) A West Coast Imperial IPA with a subtle red hue, slight malt sweetness and lingering hop finish. Premium 2-Row Barley is the backbone, with Rye and White Wheat Malt, Sacchra 50, and Crystal 75 rounding out the grain bill. A large initial dosing of Millennium Hops and two Centennial Hop additions make this an easy drinking Imperial Ale. 5

6 3) Spring Thaw Amber Ale (8.3% ABV/ 40 IBU) This American Amber is made to welcome in spring. Sweet Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Cloves, All Spice, and Honey are added during the primary fermentation and again just before kegging. Only available seasonally. Mac & Jacks Brewery-Redmond 1) Resolution IPA (6.8% ABV/ 80 IBU) This IPA is aggressively hopped with additions of Citra, Eureka! and Chinook hops. These hops are added throughout the boil and in whirlpool stages to create an intense Pine, Citrus and true hop flavor. The bitterness is balanced with an intense aroma that will overwhelm you nose with notes of sweet orange peel, grapefruit and pungent hop presence. It is straw color compliments the incredible hop bouquet as this beautiful beer finishes clean on you palate. 2) Experimental IPA Series #3 This rotating IPA series changes as we go. Each batch will use different malts and different hops to keep things interesting. Ask the person serving your beer to find out exactly what is in it this time. 3) Maxx Stout (6.3% ABV/ 34 IBU) Coffee and roasted barley notes are imparted from additions of Midnight Wheat and Dark Crystal Malt. Flaked oats provide the beer a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Kent Golding's hops are added with restraint, allowing the well-developed malt body to shine through. Maxx Stout finishes clean, crisp and semi dry on the palate. No-Li Brewhouse-Spokane 1) Big Juicy IPA (6.1% ABV/ 55 IBU) Bright citrus and tropical fruit hop aromas lead the way. A light malt foundation provides a platform for Citra, El Dorado, Belma and Azacca tropical and citrus flavors to shine. Mellow bitterness just balances the fruity notes in this hop forward, golden-colored IPA. 2) No-Li Falls Porter (6.1% ABV/ 39 IBU) A full-bodied porter made with flaked oats and CTZ hops. This smooth malt-forward beer features notes of dried fruits, oatmeal and chocolate. 3) Ghost Pepper Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout (9.5% ABV/ 100 IBU) This version of our Wrecking Ball imperial stout features the same chocolate, coffee and oat profile of the original but with a bit of heat on the backend thanks to a pinch of ghost pepper. 4) RAB's Pale Ale (5% ABV/45 IBU) Although extremely sessionable, RAB's Pale Ale delivers on the hops. It's dry-hopped with Cascade, Amarillo and Comet hops. Flavors and aromatics include hints of grapefruit and orange, backed up by apricot, peach and melons. 6

Whatever you associate it with you will always remember this one. Even those of you who don't like beer will like it if you like something tart. Huckleberry Pucker has become our best-selling beer year round. 2) Huckleberry Pucker SHANDY (4.2% ABV) The addition of the perfect amount of our own lemonade to the Huckleberry Pucker is what makes the Shandy known as Beer Crack. While it is super easy to drink, the addiction is purely voluntary. 3) Over the Hop IPA (6.6% ABV) Our Flagship IPA hits checks all the boxes of being a worthy well balanced Northwest Style IPA. Fresh Tropical Citrus aroma over a moderately malty backbone finishes with a long dry bitterness. Silver City Brewery Silverdale 1) Ridgetop Red Ale (6% ABV/ 15 IBU) There s a beer for everyone. Ridgetop Red is everyone s beer. Full-bodied and smooth with a sweet caramel flavor balanced with Northwest Liberty hops for a refreshing finish. 2) Tropic Haze IPA (6.4% ABV/ 50 IBU) A seemingly magical reaction between a specialized yeast strain, oats, wheat, and an experimental hop variety results in a blossom of wondrous, tropical fruit flavor that is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, with a silky-smooth texture and a remarkably clean finish. 3) Magnificent Bastard Scotch Ale (9.2% ABV/ 30 IBU) A big bastard of an award winning brew. Exceptionally smooth with rich maltiness & a touch of smoky peat character. 4) Ziggy Zoggy Summer Lager (5% ABV/ 40 IBU) Bright & vibrant beer for summertime celebrations! This Zwicklerbier, an uncommon style, is an unfiltered lager that balances crisp and elegant honey-like malt flavor with assertive, classic German hop character. Ten Pin Brewing-Moses Lake 1) Gutterball Hazy Pale (5.5% ABV/ 35 IBU) We threw a lot of gutterballs to get this perfect strike of a Pale Ale. Juicy, smooth and hazy with a hoppy floral bouquet. Citra and Ekuanot hops give flavors or starfruit and lemon zest. 2) Snake Eye Stout (6.3% ABV/ 33 IBU) This stout is a thick, rich delectable nectar. Silky oats and subtly sweet milk sugar complement roasted barley malt notes of chocolate and coffee. 3) Groove Pineapple Wheat (5.8% ABV/ 25 IBU) 7

8 This ale is the result of our collaboration with the Moses Lake band, Dimestore Prophets. The beer takes the easy drinking smoothness of an American wheat ale, adds just enough Mosaic hops to brighten it up with tropical fruit aromas, and takes it home with a fresh pineapple squeezed into every case. 4) Head Pin IPA (7.1% ABV/ 62 IBU) This gold medal winning American IPA is a strong, pleasantly bitter ale showcasing the mango and earthy pine flavors of Mosaic hops blended with the citrus and dense fruit flavors of Centennial and Citra hops. Twelve String Brewing Co.-Spokane Valley 1) Mango Mambo (4.5% ABV/ 17 IBU) Delicious Mango infused hefeweizen. 2) Passion Fruit Gose (4% ABV/ 8 IBU) Sweet Tart and fruity all in one great refreshing beer. 3) LOCO LOCO Hazy Session IPA (4.5% ABV/ 40 IBU) Huge flavors and aromas in this delicious Hazy Session IPA. 4) C#7#5 IPA (6.8% ABV/ 100 IBU) Massive amounts of Simcoe, Cascade and Columbus hops make this a hopheads favorite. 5) Drop D Stout (6.2% ABV/ 49 IBU) Bold flavors of coffee and roasted chocolate will fill your taste buds with goodness. 6) Volume 6 (9.5% ABV) Imperial Stout aged in Tequila barrels. Subtle hints of Tequila along with a big dose of roasted Chocolate goodness. It's delicious. Two Beers Brewing Company Seattle 1) Lima Loca (3.8% ABV) Like a day on the beach, this craft Mexican-style lager is infused with lime and sunshine. Easy drinking, and refreshing, Lima Loca pairs perfectly with sunny patios, outdoor activities or your favorite Mexican dish.2) Blue 2) Mango Passionfruit IPA (6.4% ABV) Bursting with fruit aroma, this IPA balances clean hop bitterness with heady tropical fruit notes. A mouthwatering flavor of mango gives way to a light malt body and pleasant tartness, leading to a citrusy hop finish. 3) Semi Sweet (6.9% ABV) A light, crisp cider with just a touch of sweetness. Aged for 8 Months in Dryfly whiskey barrels! 2) Blackberry Sour (6.5 ABV/ 5 IBU) Kettle soured with Lactobacillus and fermented with 180lbs of blackberries! 3) 5 Mile IPA (7% ABV/ 27 IBU) One big Citrus Bomb of a delicious IPA! Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook hops! 4) Hells Yeah! Helles Lager (4.55 ABV/ 12.5 IBU) Our German helles lager. Crisp, refreshing, and good for hours of all day drinking! Our lightest beer we brew! Wenatchee Valley Brewing Co-Wenatchee 1) Hopsicle DIPA (8% ABV/ 85 IBU) The Hopsicle is a hop forward balanced by a refreshing finish and rich malty body. Hop notes of citrus, pine, and tropical fruits all working together to show our love for American hop varieties in all their glory, we also have some nice supporting hop notes of spice and dark fruits that help round out this beer. 2) Hydroelectric Hefeweizen (5.1% ABV/ 20 IBU) KISS: Keep It Simple Stupid. That ís the motto we adopted with this tradition American Hefeweizen. Brewed with white wheat, two row barley, and GR Perle hops, this hefeweizen is straight forward and not about to throw you any curveballs. Subtle banana flavors and aromas come through with each creamy sip contrasting perfectly with the flavors of cloves and wheat. Best served with lemon on a sunny day. So go ahead, give it a kiss; you know you want to. 3) Overlord Pale Ale (6.5% ABV/ 54 IBU) Our first recipe brewed over 7 years ago this is the beer that started it all for us. A big rich beer balanced by a heavy-handed dose of late edition hops that add vibrant citrus and pine notes to the rich malt body. This is a big beer that is very easy to drink and should please malt and hop lovers alike. Whipsaw Brewing-Ellensburg 1) Stumpblower IPA (8% ABV/ 71 IBU) Full of bright and bountiful hop flavor. Grapefruit, papaya and strawberry, aromas are here at full strength. A plethora of lemon flavors topped with mint and orange marmalade carry through to a bracingly bitter finish. But don't let the flavors fool you, this beer packs a punch with an 8% ABV. 2) Buzz On Blackberry Wheat (4.5% ABV/ 19.5 IBU) Imagine an American wheat and then layer blackberry, lemon, and floral qualities on top of it. This variation is fruity enough without being too sweet. 3) Smashed Blonde (4.8% ABV/ 24 IBU) 9

10 Pale gold single malt, single hop beer. Light and balanced. Lemon, orange, and grassy hop flavors on top of a hint of sweetness and cracker character from the malt. A smooth and refreshing beer that is easy to like! 4) Smashed Blonde (5.8% ABV/ 29IBU) Medium amber beer with a pretty beige head. Notes of strawberry and red cherry float over light caramel and peanut flavors. A medium sweetness leads into an orange and moderately bitter finish. White Bluffs Brewing Richland 1) Nectar of the Gods (NOG) IPA (7% ABV/ 70 IBU) Hazy, citrus, and delicious. Northeastern style with a cloudy appearance and incredible tropical fruit aroma and flavors. 2) Red Alt (5.9% ABV/ 35 IBU) German style altbier. Balanced malt with lager-like characteristics 3) Biere de Garde (7% ABV/ 27 IBU) Farmhouse ale with clean malt bill and low hopping to be consumed after a day s work, as a source of nutrition and relaxation.
