Uley Brewery Uley Severn Boar Originally a 'one-off' special to celebrate 25 years of the Campaign 6.0 for Real Ale. Copper coloured. Ravenboy Chocolate Porter Smooth, soft fruit flavours with a gentle cocoa aroma to start. A bold dark chocolate middle giving over roasted coffee as the bitterness kicks in. Cascara (the cherry from a coffee plant) is added to the boil, giving strawberry notes which compliment with the Belma hops.

6 Marble Manchester Chocolate stout Winter Beer of Britain Gold. A lovely chocolatey aroma, with flavour of marmalade, mocha and raisins. The chocolate notes perfectly underlay the mocha character. 5.5 Mash Brewing Winchester Chocolate Stout Pitch black. An aroma of roasted malt, burnt coffee and chocolate. A taste of smooth coffee and chocolate with a lingering finish. 5.0 Mauldon's Sudbury, Suffolk Eatanswill Old This is a winter ale of deep red & brown hue. It has a well-balanced fruit & malt plus a slight sweetness on the palate ending in a pleasant roast bitterness. 4.0 Naylor's Brewery Keighley, Yorks. Martha s Chocolate Milk Stout Full rich flavours of roasted barley and chocolate really shine through, while the lactose provides a smooth, creamy finish. North Cotswold Stretton on Fosse Winter Solstice A deep ruby easy drinking winter warmer brewed with American hops and Belgian yeast. Penzance Brewery Crowlas, Cornwall Scilly Stout This is a warming, velvety, almost jet black, but with a faint autumnal red tinge, heavyweight of a stout with a list of ingredients longer than Lady Gaga s backstage dressing room demands. 7.0 Pershore Brewery Pershore, Worcs. A Winter's 'Ale A Winter ale, dark amber in colour, using Pilsner grain for a light base to allow the meatiness of the pumpkin to come through as a base note, finishing off with warming winter spices. 4.6 Phoenix Heywood, Lancs Snowbound A pale gold brew with grassy, tangerine notes on the aroma and then a touch of citrus with rich fruits and gentle spices on the palate. 4.3 RCH Weston-super-Mare, Somerset Santa Fé A dark, ruby beer with a pleasant bittersweet aftertaste and a warming hint of port 7.3 Rebellion Marlow, Bucks. Roasted Nuts A deep ruby,complex and flavoursome winter warmer, packed with intense and distinctive malt and hop character. 4.6 Red Cat Huehuetenango Coffee cream stout. This is a collaboration with Winchester neighbours and includes 18kg of their delicious Guatemalan coffee - 'Huehuetenango' (Pronounced: 'Waywaytenango') is a Mayan word for 'place of the ancestors'. 5.8

7 Red Willow Macclesfield Heartless Now reformulated for an even better smoother chocolate kick. This beer won Gold at the North West Regional Winter Beer of Britain 2014 in the stout category. 4.9 Roosters Knaresborough, Yorks Three French hens Brewed using Cascade and Centennial hops with an addition of cinnamon and orange peel. An amber-coloured beer with citrus and spice flavours. 3.9 Roosters Knaresborough, Yorks Weakender You d be mistaken for thinking this beer would not pack a punch, but it has been hopped like an IPA. There s citrus fruit aplenty on the nose with lemon, orange and lime all jostling for supremacy. 3.0 Rudgate Brewery Tockwith, York Charlotte's Web Amber ale jointly developed by the head brewer and the female brewer Charlotte. Bittersweet finish with grapefruit notes at the end 4.3 Sarah Hughes Dudley, W. Midlands Snowflake A flavour of candy sugar, plenty of rich malt, slight creamy alcohol and plenty of berry fruits. Rich and warming malt and alcohol finish. 8.0 Shiny Ales Derby Wrench Stout with 6 different malts for complex and rich flavour profile.
