A straw coloured refreshing ale with hints of lemon and grapefruit, complemented with a crisp dry finish. Anarchy Blonde Star 4.1 Blonde Morpeth, Northumberland Crisp and fresh, Blonde Star is light in body but certainly not in flavour. Brim-full of lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit and pale malt. Refreshing and satisfying, this was our first beer and it s still our biggest seller. 3 Exeter Darkness 5.1 Stout Exeter A well-balanced but complex chocolate stout. Deliciously smooth, made with our special recipe which include seven separate grain types. The rich bitter-chocolate taste is created using a complex mash of premium malts including Chocolate Malt, which derives its characteristic coffee/chocolate flavour and aroma from subtle roasting during the malting process. Exeter Fall's Over 5 Bitter Exeter Winter special brewed from October to March. A full-bodied fullflavour winter season warmer. A deep ruby-red bitter with warm malt flavours and a crisp berry-fruit finish. Heavily hopped with Columbus and Cascade, then dry hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe whilst conditioning. The flavour of dark Seville marmalade is backed up by a piney, peppery bitterness. The very deep red, practically black stout has a huge list of ingredients, include Crystal, pale and black malts, torrefied flake barley and Soveriegn, Northdown, Fuggles and Amarillo hops.
