2 PRIVATE DINING Thank you for your interest in the Private Dining Room at Maialino. Our Private Dining Room is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, and brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. The room can accodate a maximum of 24 guests. 4 TIMING Reservations for arrival in our private dining room can be made from 7:30 AM 10:00 AM. The space is reserved until 11:00 AM regardless of what time you arrive. BEVERAGE The cost of your event per guest will be noted in the information for the service that you will be reserving. The remaining balance shall be due and payable upon conclusion of the Event. Payment received after 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5% on the outstanding balance. Guests are welcome to select a beverage package outlined in the information to follow or to serve all beverages to be charged based on consumption. DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION COSTS & BILLING The price of all menu options is inclusive of service, there will be a NY State Tax in the amount 8.875% added to all charges. This means that all costs and fees, exclusive of tax, associated with food, beverage and hospitality for the event have been accounted for in the menu pricing of the event. We do not charge a room fee. However there are food and beverage minimums associated with each meal period. $2,750 - Dinner $1,000 - Lunch $750 - Brunch $500 - Breakfast A deposit in the amount of $250 is required to reserve the private dining room for breakfast. Your reservation is guaranteed once Maialino has confirmed receipt of your deposit. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations more than 28 days prior to the event date. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations within 28 days of the contracted event date, unless we are able to rebook your contracted room. Forfeited deposits will not be applied toward future private events or charges at the Restaurant. Cancellations within 3 business days of the event are subject to the full contracted food and beverage minimum charge. Any charges for additional services or vendors coordinated by the Restaurant will also be charged and are subject to 8.875% New York State Sales Tax.
