2 The venue Room sit down, up to 60 stand up Room sit down, up to 150 stand up Ample onsite parking The food Sit down dinner For an intimate wedding reception for guests we offer a traditional service of Italianinfused canapes upon arrival and a seated 2 or 3 course set menu. A selection of four canapés which can be created to compliment the chosen menu. A choice of a 2 or 3 course set menu including option such as Oysters, Ribeye, Quail, Salmon, Roast Lamb, Roast Duck, Veal Shank, Cannelloni plus much more Cocktail party A stylish cocktail party tailored to individual tastes and budget for guests. A variety of canapes including mini pissaladiere, sesame coated chicken tenders, golden bean curd rolls, mini vegetable frittata, thai chicken meatballs plus much more
3 The drink Standard Package Upon arrival guests are offered a choice of red, white & sparkling wine, or selected beer, soft drink and water During the dinner service guests will be offered as a continual service selected red, white & sparkling wine as well as selected beer, soft drinks and water. Speeches - all guests will be provided with sparkling wine Tea & Coffee will be on offer with dessert & cake Premium Package Upon arrival guests are offered a choice of premium wines & beer, as well as basic spirits During the dinner services guess will continue to be offered the premium drink selection. The important stuff Service We will provide as many wait staff as is required to ensure your special day runs smoothly. A larger number off staff will be provided for cocktail parties. Our professional wait staff will seat your guests, serve meals, pour drinks and take drink orders. Table Layout We offer both round & rectangle tables, layout is dependent on guest numbers and individual requirements, please call us to discuss your options.
4 Table Decorations For a stunning simplistic theme we include white linen, a tall vase of artificial hydrangeas and tea lights on each table. As an alternative you may wish to provide your own floral arrangements. Chair covers & sashes are also available Entertainment We offer a mix of contemporary chill out music which will play all night long. As an alternative you may wish to provide a DJ or band. If this is your preference then please discuss with us as space will need to be allocated depending on requirements. If space allows, a dance floor can be provided at an additional cost Package Times Lunch reception 4 hours Dinner reception 5 hours (alcohol service must conclude at 11pm)
