9 CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT Online orders require immediate payment. Phone and orders require a credit card booking confirmation form to be completed. Payment will be processed once your order is confirmed. CREDIT CARD Credit card payments will be processed immediately upon placing your order. BANK TRANSFER Must be received 5 working days prior to your delivery/pick up date bank details will be provided via invoice. CASH Full cash payments will be accepted invenue 5 working days prior to your delivery/pick up date. CANCELLATION Any cancellations must be made three full business days prior to your order. Refunds will not be given after this time. COCKTAIL MAKING CLASSES Momento Hospitality venues are now introducing cocktail making classes. Meet our bar tenders who are passionate about mixology who will teach you how to make your favourite classics. Ideal for team building, hens nights, birthdays or just to have fun. Deliveries to areas outside of this will incur a $15 delivery fee. Weekends and surrounding areas may incur a delivery charge.
