The venue can be decorated if the space that has been hired is exclusive. The decorations cannot damage the building in anyway. If damage accord there will be an addition cost added to your final bill. Please speak with the functions manager regarding setup and requirements. We are also more than happy to do it for you for a small fee. Is Linen available? We provide black table cloths only for evening functions in the function room only. If you wish to have addition linen, such as cloth napkins, please speak with the functions manager as this can be ordered at a addition cost. How much is the Cakeage? Cakeage charge of $2 per person. The charge overs the service of taking delivery, storage, cutting and plating. If your party is 50 people or larger, then a flat rate of $100 cakeage applies. Can we BYO alcohol? No BYO permitted.

10 FAQ What access does the Venue have? Please speak with your venue manager regarding access. How late is the Licence? Licensed to serve alcohol between the hours of 8am and 12am. Exceptions to this are on Sundays when alcohol can be served after 10am until 12am, ANZAC DAY and GOOD FRIDAY after 12pm until 12am. Henry & the Fox reserves the right to cease serving alcohol before the specified licence time if the venue is at risk or levels of intoxication are deemed to be dangerous by management. Persons under the age of 18, whilst are permitted on the premises, may not consume alcohol as part of any function. What is the Dress code? Smart casual. However, if you have hired an exclusive space your more than welcome to come in tasteful fancy dress. What Audio Visual equipment is there? 55inch flat screen television and a corded microphone $50 hire fee. We work with a great audio visual company if you require any extra AV equipment. Can we have Music/Entertainment? We are more than happy to assist you in sourcing entertainment or alternatively contacting your external supplier to discuss the venues details on your behalf.
