1 The following foods have been selected Better Body approved based on the ratio of nutrients, amount of sugar, quality of ingredients, and overall number of calories. They do not contain any Hydrogenated oils (trans fat), High fructose corn syrup, high levels of sugar, and enriched unbleached white flour (refined flour). These foods will lead you to a healthy and lean body. Do not be deceived by products claiming they are healthy i.e. many types of bread that claim to be whole wheat are actually not whole wheat at all.
