ALL ORDERS REQUIRE TWO BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE To qualify for pick up or delivery, we require a $250 food minimum. Plates, utensils and napkins are available upon request for an additional fee. Menu revisions and cancellations must be made two business days in advance. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Pricing and availability for menu items is based on seasonality. All pricing is subject to change until an estimate is created. Estimates for drop off events are provided no earlier than three months in advance. Orders are confirmed once online payment is received. By submitting payment, you are agreeing to the terms and policies listed below. HEIRLOOM LA DROP OFF DELIVERY POLICIES Business hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM. Deliveries are available seven days a week. Pick ups are available Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. Delivery charges are based on date, time and location of delivery. Delivery rates start at $60. Additional mileage fees are charged for deliveries outside of a 10 mile radius from our Eagle Rock location. Multiple deliveries in one day will incur multiple delivery charges. If the delivery location provided is incorrect and our driver must attempt delivery at another location, a second delivery fee will be charged. Our delivery driver will wait fifteen minutes at the given location before returning to the Heirloom LA kitchen. If requested to return to the location, a second delivery fee will be charged. Servers are not provided with drop off service. 1
