1 CENTRAL LIBRARY CATERING SERVICES FROM ELM RESTAURANT GROUP & AUSTIN CATERING We are thrilled by the opportunity to partner with you at Austin s new and innovative Central Library! Our family of restaurants & catering professionals are consistently ranked among the best in Austin thanks to our meticulous preparation of creative, seasonally inspired dishes and dedication to flawless hospitality and service. We look forward to working together to make your event a great success. We have included sample menus to give you an idea of our offerings at the Central Library. Our team will also be happy to work with you to create a custom menu and unique experience for your event. EXCLUSIVITY ELM Restaurant Group is the exclusive off-site curator and operator for all food and beverage restaurants and catering at the Central Library. ELM Restaurant Group has partnered with Austin Catering for catered events in the Central Library event spaces. NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED Under no circumstances may outside alcohol be brought on premises. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through and served by ELM Restaurant Group as requested by TABC Rules and Regulations as a licensed venue. Donations of alcoholic beverages are not allowed or accepted and cannot be served on Central Library property. SERVICE TIMEFRAME Catering services will require access to the assigned location with no less than 1 hour prior to scheduled start time. We reserve the right to require additional set up time if needed based on style of event. This timeframe will be used to set all contracted product and equipment. If less than 1 hour is available to set the function space, additional labor fees may be incurred. DROP-OFF CATERING Cookbook Café (from ELM Restaurant Group) is anticipated to open Summer Once this facility opens, we will offer multiple drop-off catering packages, including but not limited to: drop coffee service, to-go platters of sandwiches and sides and limited breakfast taco options and similar. This will be a great option for smaller groups as well as groups that do not require a full-service staff or catered services for the duration of their event. This service will be available when the café opens. Please note that the following is not included in the listed pricing: staffing, disposable dishware or china rental, linen or other rentals, catering coordination fees and tax.
