Wedding ceremony We have an array of function space suited f ceremonies. Rental charges apply. Food and beverage policies No outside food and beverages may be consumed in hotel banquet rooms. A guarantee of the number of guests is due 72 hours in advance. Charges will then be based on this minimum guarantee actual attendance, whichever is greater. Should your group be under the minimum required f certain menus, we will be pleased to suggest alternative options. Quebec liqu laws require that all beverages be served by hotel bartenders/waiters. All guests must be 18 years and older to consume alcohol. We also reserve the rights to refuse serving alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
