3 THE WINERY Established in early 2015 in Summerland B, Evolve ellars is perched on a beautiful bench overlooking Okanagan Lake, surrounded by five acres of lush vineyard with a spectacular view across the water to the surrounding mountains. With our full onsite kitchen and multiple sun-drenched patios, al fresco dining with a glass of wine in hand is essential. Also, with our scenic vineyard and sunlit mountains as your backdrop, Evolve ellars is the ideal location for an unforgettable wedding with superior service, award winning wines and delicious wine country cuisine. 14 FEES EREMONY & REEPTION VENUE FEE $5,000 Friday Sundays $3,000 Monday Thursday * regular pay rates apply to long weekends. If less than 30 days notice, no refunds will be given unless our sales team is able to re-book the venue. EREMONY FEE (excluding Saturdays in July and August) eremony only: $3, Use of our sound system at reception area is also included, and comes with two outdoor speakers. A $59.17 Socan Fee and a $26.67 ReSound Fee will be applied to your final bill as they are government legislated levies. All charges will be subject to applicable taxes.
