1 ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE HOME ECONOMICS DEPARTMENTS THESE RULES ARE IN ADDITION TO GENERAL RULES IN THIS BOOK! 1. READ General Rules in front of this book! All rules app ly to this depa rtment. 2. Articles for exhibition in the Creative Arts Building will be accepted Tuesday 4-7pm and between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday or 7-8am on Thursday. 3. Any one article may not be entered in more than one 4. Any article entered will be judged according to qualit y. 5. Creative Arts Building will close doors at 6:30 p.m., on Sund ay the last day the advertised fair to prepa re for release time. Articles can be picked up at 7 p.m. on Sund ay evening or Mond ay from 9-10 a.m. in accordance with rules and regulations covering State Aid to County Fairs. 6. Ticket stubs must be presented when articles are picked up from the Creative Arts Building. NOEXCEPTIONS! 7. Creative Arts Building will be closed on the day of judging until 1:00 p.m. 8. All articles must be the work of the exhibitor and entered in his or her name. All articles must be clean and not yellowed, be current style. Manufactured products will not be eligible to compete. Articles which have won first premiums in this department at previous Kankakee County Fairs are not eligible to compete. Soiled clothing will be eliminated.
