5 Additional Information Months of availability Christmas, Balls and End of Year Events are for November and December only. Other requests are possible however must be applied for through management and will be considered on an individual basis. Room Hire Charges unless included in your package Room hire with catering Room Set up Banuet will seat up to 200 The room is set with clothed and set tables and simple chritmas theme Cocktail will hold up to 300 Disabled Access $ Room Hire without catering $ The room is set with clothed scattered tables and chairs and simple chritmas theme Minimum Numbers Minimum numbers or spend applies Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday. is located on the first floor however there is internal dissabled access for any persons not able to use the stairs. Floor Plans Your floor plan and table layout is very important. We will require this 2 weeks prior to your event. We will arrange with you the room layout you prefer within the space available. This will be put in place at a time to suit the weeks functions and will be set according to the floor plan arranged with your contact person. Minor changes leading up to and on the day are possible however major changes may require additional set up cost. Euipment All room hire includes the following equipment; Screen Whiteboard Flipchart Microphone Registration table Presenters table Tables for data projector etc. Audio visual equipment hire Any electronic euipment can be hired in at an aditional cost. We are happy to obtain a quote on your behalf and organise for the equipment to be delivered and set up. Access endeavours to allow access prior to events to help with the ease of set up for our clients. This is not always possible due to prior bookings and opening and closing times. So all access must be arranged in advance to fit in with other events. Responsible Service of Alcohol adheres to all laws according to the Liquor Act and provides a safe and pleasant environment for all patrons. Staff have a responsibility to ensure the supply and sale of liquor to guests is done according to these laws. Car Parking There is off street car parking in the evening and 2 hour parking limit during the day. There is also a council car park only 600 metres on the harbour walk at a cost of $8.00 per day Special Dietary Reuirements
