Saturdays room hire times will depend on previous bookings Room Set up Theatre style Cabaret Style -shape Banuet Cocktail style 135pax 104pax The room is set with clothed tables and chairs for delegates along with iced water and mints. Minimum Numbers Minimum numbers or spend applies Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday. Disabled Access is located on the first floor however there is internal dissabled access for any persons not able to use the stairs. Euipment All room hire includes the following equipment; Equipment Hire Screen Whiteboard Flipchart Microphone Registration table Presenters table Tables for data projector etc. Any electronic euipment can be hired in at an aditional cost. Floor Plans The room will be set according to the floor plan arranged with your contact person. Minor changes on the day are possible however major changes may reuire additional cost. Car Parking has off street car parking with plenty of parking on the street. Access endeavours to allow access prior to events to help with the ease of set up for our clients. This is not always possible due to prior bookings and opening and closing times. So all access must be arranged in advance to fit in with other events. Responsible Service of Alcohol adheres to all laws according to the Liuor Act and provides a safe and pleasant environment for all patrons.
