4 RENTAL RATES RENTAL HOURS Rental times include set-up and tear-down. Event tear-down must conclude by 1 AM. Additional hours available at $250/hour. Please inquire for full-day rental rates. Rates are subject to change for holiday dates. 5 RENTAL DETAILS BEVERAGE SERVICE The Hutton House provides complete beverage service. Bar staff and set-up are included for the main bar and one mobile bar. Additional mobile bars are available for a $500 set-up fee per bar. All hosted bar service will be subject to a 20% service charge and applicable taxes. COAT CHECK & RESTROOM ATTENDANT SERVICE Coat check and restroom attendant services are available for events. Please inquire for pricing. DAY-OF COORDINATOR A day-of coordinator is required on site for all events. The Hutton House can provide a day of coordinator for your event or you can provide your own. A proposal for services can be provided upon request once the scope of the event has been determined. PARKING On site parking is available. For valet services, please inquire for approved vendors. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A $1000 damage deposit is due upon booking your event date. It is fully refundable within two weeks following the event provided there are no damages to the property. EVENT PLANNING SERVICES The Hutton House offers full event planning services. A proposal can be provided upon request once the scope of the event has been determined. HOUSE RULES All decorations must be approved 30 days prior to event and must meet fire code, health department and any other government regulations. All vendors must be pre-approved by The Hutton House. Please inquire for more information on application process and requirements. INSURANCE All events are required to obtain event insurance that meets The Hutton House policy requirements. The Hutton House will provide insurance information and pricing. PAYMENT TERMS & BOOKING An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve the venue for the event date and is due upon contract submission (along with damage deposit). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event date. SECURITY Security staffing is included for up to 300 guests. For larger events, additional security will be determined by venue and additional charges will apply. DRESSING ROOMS & LOUNGE Two private dressing rooms, restroom and lounge are available on the second level. Spaces are included in evening rental rates. *For daytime rental all spaces are available for an additional $500. TABLES & CHAIRS The Hutton House will provide chairs and dining tables for up to 300 guests and up to 10 cocktail tables. Linens are not provided.

6 CATERING & BEVERAGES All bar packages include bar staff, bar setup, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, straws and beverage napkins for main bar and one mobile bar. The Hutton House reserves the right to determine the appropriate number of bar staff required to service the event. Should additional bars be requested or required, a setup and staffing fee will apply. Custom Beverage Packages are available for the Dressing Rooms & Lounge. Please inquire for selections and pricing. Specialty brands are available by request and subject to availability. Passed beverages are available upon request. The Hutton House staff will use discretion on serving drinks as "neat" or "on the rocks." Guests are not permitted to bring in and consume outside alcohol.
