The information we provide will give you a general idea of what the cost will be, but please remember that we want to accommodate you. 2 Buisfontein Safari Lodge B U I S F O N T E I N S A F A R I L O D G E W O L M A R A N S S T A D T E L : C E L L : buisfontein@nwet.co.za Chapel We have a wonderful chapel on site, which can seat up to 240 guests. Equipped with an electric organ and sound system. Please note that no artificial confetti is allowed, and anything used as confetti must be environmentally friendly and bio-degradable. Conference and Wedding Venue Our spacious hall can accommodate up to 200 guests with a comfortable dance floor and an adjoining room for the buffet & a cash bar. The ideal number of guests (seated) at a round table is 8 or 10. It is however possible to seat up to 12 per table, but please keep in mind that placements will be quite cramped. Please note that no staples or nails may be used. Linen We have a variety of linen available, please enquire about the colours. Should you require a specific colour you are more than welcome to hire your own. Round Table size: 180cm x 72 cm. Cutlery Cutlery and crockery is available, please note that any breakages and losses will be deducted from the Breakage Deposit. Menu & Wine List A wide variety of dishes are available and these are all outlined in the menu below. You can select as many or as little as you like, and a quote will be calculated accordingly. Please find menu and wine list below. Should you have any other items in mind please contact us. Please note that we do not allow any food or drinks onto the property (from outside). Corkage will be charged on any of these items brought onto the property. No Take-aways (buffet). 2

3 Relaxation Cool off in our pool. A jungle gym for the kiddies. Game drives on one or both of our game drive vehicles (9-seater & 15-seater). Different species of game like kudus, gemsbok, eland, giraffe and many more roam free. The full game drive include a drive past our Lion Breeding Program where we also have the infamous white lion, a very rare line of lions. It is advised to NEVER leave the vehicle during a game drive. Tariffs: Game Drive: R per Adult, R50.00 per Child under 12. Lion View: R60.00 per Adult, R30.00 per Child under 12. Sunset Safari Dinner Let us sweep you away to one of our lookout points for a beautiful sunset and braai in the wild. (Weather permitting). Maximum number of guests is 40 Tariff: POA Restaurant We have an A-la-Carte restaurant with a very broad spectrum menu, large variety of drinks & wine. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bar at Venue Being a fully licensed establishment, Buisfontein Safari Lodge have the facilities available to offer a Cash or Open Bar (Specified account Tab ). The bar will be stocked with Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic drinks. If however, you would like to bring your own champagne or wine, a corkage fee of R45.00 per bottle will be charged, regardless whether it has been opened or not. Breakages will be deducted from the Breakage Deposit. All liquor prices are subject to change with the national liquor price increases. No person under the age of 18 will be served alcohol. 16 Terms & Conditions Deposit payable: A R Deposit is payable within 7 days of booking the date of your function. The signed terms and conditions page must accompany the deposit to confirm booking. Should Deposit not be paid & signed T&C not received within 14 days of booking, it will automatically be cancelled. A Breakage Deposit of R is payable and will be refunded in full within 21 days, should no damages or breakages occur during your function. Confirmation of function: All numbers of guests must be confirmed 14 days prior to the function in writing with Buisfontein Safari Lodge, this will be the final number and no changes may be made to this. This will be the same number of guests charged to your account. Payment Terms: 50% of the account must be paid to Buisfontein Safari Lodge 10 days before the function; preparations will only start if this payment is received. The Balance is payable no later than the morning after the function. All outstanding accounts will be charged with interest after 14 days, and handed over to attorneys after 30 days; all legal costs will be for the clients account. Liabilities: All breakages and/or damages to Buisfontein Safari Lodge s property by client or guests of the client will be charged to the clients account. Buisfontein Safari Lodge or any there staff do not take any responsibility for any damage or loss of: décor, wedding presents and\or any valuables. Buisfontein Safari Lodge or any of their staff take no responsibility for any injuries or death during any function or game drive. Any private hired items remains the responsibility of the client, and Buisfontein Safari Lodge and its staff will not be held liable for any costs, replacements charges, damages or losses. The collections and return of hired items will be the client s responsibility. Cancellations: Any cancellations must be given in writing. Cancellations within 30 days of the function, the client will be held liable for 50% of the cost. Cancellations within 10 days of the function, the client will be held liable for 100% of the cost. Deposits are non-refundable General: With the signing of this terms page you, the client, except all conditions as set out in this package. All décor must be removed from the venue at latest Monday morning at 09:00. Buisfontein Safari Lodge has no obligation to give any items for free. No smoking in the chapel, hall, restaurant or toilets. No person will be allowed to bring any own alcohol or food onto the premises, should this happen a heavy fine will be imposed.
