Quote for adults for a Saturday summer wedding (2017) The cost per person amounts to R495 for adults for a Saturday summer wedding in This is based on a menu of R294 per person and should you decide on a less/more expensive menu, the price per person will decrease/increase with the corresponding amount. (Please refer to section 3 for the menu options). Included in the R495 per person is: Reservation fee of R4 180 to ensure your date Hiring cost of R Your menu option of R294 and all items listed on page 3 Please note that the following is excluded from the price per person. We are however able to provide you with these items at the costs as indicated below: Snacks at the viewpoint at R40 per person Section 2 that follows hereafter illustrates in detail items included and excluded in your price person. Although we aim to provide in as many of your needs possible there are items and costs beyond the scope of our service that you will have to keep in mind when planning your wedding.

6 A cash bar is available and NO own alcohol or beverages are allowed on the premises during your function. A corkage fee of R40 per 750ml bottle is payable should you provide your own wine and champagne for the function. 7 5. Frequently asked questions and answers 1. What is the minimum number of adults for a wedding? In the summer we require a minimum of 80 adults for a wedding on a Friday and a Saturday. In the winter we require a minimum of 80 adults for any day. 2. Do you give discount on cash? Yes, a 3% discount is given. This will be taken into account with your final bill. 3. Can you recommend service providers? We can provide you with a comprehensive list of service providers who provides excellent service and are familiar with. This includes the following services: Flowers Music Photographers Wedding cake Wedding dresses Guesthouses DVD producers of your wedding day Make-up Hairdressers and stylists Hiring of wedding related items 4. How are the different courses of the menu served? Starters are always served by the waiters The main course is always a buffet. Dessert can either be served by the waiters or as a buffet.
