3 Wedding Photographs Stunning during every season, The Hilton Aberdeen Treetops offers numerous photography opportunities including the nearby Johnston Gardens. This stunning park is the ideal location for photographs and complimentary transport can be provided to the park for the bridal party if booked in advance. For weddings with day guest numbers of 50 adults or above, the hotel will cover the fee from Aberdeen City Council for using the park (subject to availability with Aberdeen City Council). Our striking foyer and fireplace provides the ideal backdrop for indoor photography. We can also offer a variety of outdoor opportunities throughout our grounds. 5 Accommodation Complimentary accommodation is provided on the night of your reception for the Bride & Groom on a bed & breakfast basis. We have a range of bedrooms available for your guests and we are pleased to offer preferential wedding stay over rates, based on 2 adults sharing a standard twin or double bedroom including breakfast (rates applicable for 2012). If you have guests who would like to stay more than one night, we are delighted to offer the wedding stay over rates on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. Midweek prices are available on request. We can hold a block booking of bedrooms for your guests and our online event service, Personalised Online Groups, makes organising your accommodation even more convenient. A bespoke webpage can be designed and your guests can book online. A POG is fast to set up and is provided free of charge. Guests may also contact our Group Reservations department to make bookings by telephone if preferred.

7 Menus Our team of experienced chefs have created a superb selection of menus for your wedding banquet, but above all we promise flexibility. What matters most is what s important to you so if you have a passion for a particular food, we will make sure it is on the menu. Once you have selected your menu, a complimentary menu tasting is provided the Bride & Groom (minimum adult day guests 50). Up to 4 additional guests may attend the tasting a charge of per person. The tasting ensures that you are happy with your selection and our experienced team can also recommend and assist with choosing the ideal wines to complement your choices. Prices are based on a set menu option and are current for weddings taking place in Should you require a menu with a choice of starter, main course and dessert, a supplement of 5.00 per person will be added to the menu price. 3 course menu from per person All menus include freshly brewed coffee served with your choice of mints, shortbread, tablet or petit fours. The following menus are a guideline. Should you wish our Executive Chef can help you create your very own bespoke menu. Children s Menus We are pleased to provide a selection of menus for children. 14 Booking Procedure We are delighted that you are considering booking the Hilton Aberdeen Treetops Hotel as the venue for your special day. Below are some pointers for you in relation to how the booking process works. If you need any advice or guidance at any stage, please contact your wedding co-ordinator who will be happy to help you. 1. Contact the hotel to enquire about availability of your preferred dates 2. Once you have chosen a date and wish to proceed with your booking, let us know and we can provisionally hold a date for you for 14 days. 3. To confirm your booking, let your wedding co-ordinator know and they will send you a wedding booking form along with our terms and conditions. 4. Once you have signed and returned the booking form and terms and conditions, along with a non refundable deposit of , everything is confirmed. 5. You can liaise with our team at any stage in the run up to your big day, but we do recommend meeting with us a minimum of 3 months prior to your wedding day to discuss the details. 6. Payment is due 4 week prior to your wedding day. 7. Table plans and final numbers are due 7 days prior to your wedding. We hope this information is helpful.
