2 THE PERFECT WEDDING VENUE The Clarendon is an independently owned and operated Hotel that is run in a relaxed, yet efficient manner retaining excellent standards of service and attention to detail. This prominent Georgian Hotel is situated overlooking Blackheath and Royal Greenwich Park. Whether you are planning an informal party with just your closest friends and family, or a larger more traditional celebration of up to 150 guests, we will have the perfect Wedding Reception Package for you: WEDDING RECEPTION PACKAGES Our traditional Wedding Reception Packages have been carefully put together by our experienced Wedding Coordinators, however they can of course be tailored to meet your exact requirements. WEDDING CEREMONIES AT THE CLARENDON HOTEL The Clarendon is also licensed for Civil Marriages and Partnerships and has a range of beautiful ceremony rooms that have been approved by the Registrar to conduct the ceremony and vows, accommodating up to 100 guests. CEREMONY ROOMS The Westcombe Park Suite up to 120 guests / Ceremony Room Hire: from The Regency Suite up to 70 guests / Ceremony Room Hire from The Heathview Suite / up to 25 guests / Ceremony Room Hire from The Meridian Room can also be used up to 150 guests / Ceremony Room Hire from POA We will give you the freedom to create a very special Wedding Ceremony, however if you need some suggestions our experienced Wedding Coordinators will be delighted to help. HOW TO BOOK Once you have a preferred date in mind, contact one of our Wedding Coordinators and to secure the date an initial deposit will be required: followed by 1,500 deposit 6 months prior and full payment 2 month prior. All deposits are nonrefundable/non transferable Smaller functions where the value of the booking is less than 1,000 require a 500 deposit and full payment 1 month prior only

Price are correct at time of printing and include VAT WEDDING RECEPTION ROOMS We have an excellent selection of beautifully refurbished, elegant rooms available for hire for both wedding ceremonies & wedding receptions. THE MERIDIAN SUITE A beautiful Georgian room with crystal chandeliers overlooking our walled gardens making this a perfect venue for Wedding Receptions, function dinners or summer balls this room sits up to 150 guests. MP3 access and portables dance floor are available. THE WESTCOMBE PARK SUITE Our chic party suite, with art décor lighting, dance floor and illuminated bars. This room is suitable for both sit down dinners or informal parties. This suite has its own built in dance floor, bar area is fully air-conditioned and is ideal for continuing into the evening with music and dancing. THE REGENCY SUITE This elegant Regency Suite is complete with its own bar, mobile dance floor, MP3 access and outside patio area the Regency is ideal for smaller Wedding or functions. The Regency suite can seat 50 for a meal or 70 or a informal party gathering.. THE HEATHVIEW ROOM Perfect for more intimate celebrations, The Heathview Suite is situated on the ground floor with views overlooking Blackheath. This room caters for up to 16 guests for an intimate dinner, or wedding breakfast. GOFFERS ROOM A special area of the hotel overlooking Blackheath and All Saints church, Goffers is furbished to celebrate the game of golf, which was first played in England on Blackheath in the early 1600 s This room is suitable for up to 50 guests and has its own bar.
