4 Devonshire Disco Party Night with Live Entertainment Devonshire Suite Enjoy a truly lively disco party night featuring live entertainment to ensure the night is one to remember! You can party the night away until 1.00am. The bar will be open from 7.00pm until 12.30am. 5 Santa Sunday Lunch Our Restaurant A festive family carvery lunch served in our restaurant. Our entertainer will amuse the children before Santa arrives with a present for all children 12 years and under. The bar will be open from 12.00pm. Homemade winter vegetable broth Home smoked tuna and prawn salad with a Marie-rose sauce Cherry tomato and feta cheese tart with a balsamic reduction Melon, pineapple and mango sorbet Derbyshire beef served with Yorkshire pudding and gravy Turkey breast with seasonal trimmings Poached salmon fillet with a creamy white wine and dill sauce Cheese filled tortellini and tomato sauce Panto at the Park Devonshire Suite Good old fashioned fun at the Sheffield Park Hotel! Your children will be amused with the classic tale of Jack and the Beanstalk, especially written to entertain children between the ages of 3 to 11 years. A 90 minute pantomime bringing fun, comedy, excitement and adventure. Before the panto starts at 2.30pm and during the breaks our bar will serve soft drinks, pop corn and a variety of sweets! 7 New Years Eve 2011 Gala Dinner Dance Devonshire Suite Join us in the Devonshire Suite and celebrate the New Year with a candlelit gala dinner. Enjoy a glass of champagne and canapés followed by a gala dinner then dancing to a combination of live music and popular sounds from our resident DJ. The bar will be open until 1.30am with dancing until 2.00am. Taking the requirements of all our guests into consideration we wish to clarify that the gala dinner is a formal occasion and therefore not suitable for children. 7

8 Christmas and New Year Terms and Conditions - Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days or they will be automatically released - To confirm a provisional booking, please complete the attached booking form and return to the hotel along with a non refundable deposit of per person - By signing the attached booking form and providing credit/debit card details, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions - Groups of less than 10 guests may be asked to share a table with other parties - Groups of 12 guests or more will be catered for on more than 1 table - Any special request with regard to the seating arrangements of your party, must be discussed with the Christmas Coordinator prior to the event - The size of tables will vary according to the configuration of all groups attending and at all times, the hotel will decide on the most suitable layout for the event - Children under 18 years old are not admitted to evening events - No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the hotel by any guest - We reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel, any of the arrangements or the facilities featured in this brochure should we find an alteration necessary - All prices shown are inclusive of VAT however may be subject to changes of rate and any other relevant taxes or levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of our event - In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function for any reason, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date offered, without liability to the hotel - With the exception of New Year s Eve, dress code for Christmas events is smart casual - no trainers - On New Year s Eve the dress code is black tie, lounge suits, cocktail dresses - The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings and equipment therein by any act, default or neglect of the customer or guests of the customer and will be required to reimburse the full amount to make good or remedy any such damage. - Accommodation rates are per room and include full English Breakfast and VAT for up to 2 adults - New Year s Eve and Festive Getaway accommodation rates are per person and are based on 2 adults sharing a double/twin room, a single supplement of applies if only 1 adult occupies a bedroom - Some of our menu items may contain nuts however all dietary requirements can be catered for, please discuss this with your Christmas Coordinator - To the best of our knowledge, none of our food contains ingredients produced from genetically modified soya/maize - If a pre-order is required for your event, this needs to reach the hotel no later than 4 weeks prior to your event Deposit Terms - A deposit of per person is required to confirm your booking, this deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable - Deposits can also be paid in cash or by debit or credit card - For Christmas party bookings, the projected balance of the event must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the event - For Christmas Day and New Year s Eve events the balance of the event cost is payable no later than 30th November 2011 Cancellation/Reduction in Numbers - If you want to cancel your booking, you must inform the hotel in writing and the hotel is entitled to retain your deposit in full - In the event of cancellation more than 6 weeks from the event date, your deposit will be retained by the hotel - Once confirmed and pre-paid, no refunds will be given - If your booking is not confirmed with full payment, 6 weeks prior to the event, the hotel reserves the right to release your booking and the hotel will be entitled to retain your deposit in full - We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers (including non-arrivals), payments (including deposits), cannot be offset against any aspect of your event - such as food, beverage or accommodation Accommodation Terms and Conditions - Party Night, Festive Getaways and New Year s Eve accommodation rates are subject to availability at the time of booking - For 10 bedrooms or more, you will be required to sign a group booking contract and full hotel terms and conditions will apply - If accommodation is required, bookings must be secured by credit/debit card Exclusive Events - For exclusive events (when the facilities are let solely to your party/organisation), you will be required to sign a contract and full terms and conditions will apply (these will be supplied with the contract - Only when the hotel has received a deposit of per person, signed contract and signed terms and conditions, will your exclusive event booking be considered as confirmed - Minimum numbers apply to exclusive events; please confirm the minimum number for your event with our Conference Coordinator 8
