With appear of this pricelist all pricelists before will be invalid. 2. All mentioned prices are subject to value-added tax. 3. All deliveries are payable on receipt by cash or credit card authorization unless an agreement has been made to pay at the end of the event, or on receipt of the invoice. Invoices are payable without deductions within 14 days. 4. All prices for food and beverages are net delivery prices. Unless specified otherwise they do not include the cost of tableware, other equipment or service rendered by staff. 5. The return of unused beverage boxes and deposit is only possible in full crates. For every returned unused beverage box we charge a return fee of EUR Other purchased goods are not refundable. 6. Loan equipments, loan material and deposit have to be secured against losses. Collection will be made after the end of fair on the last exhibition day and will be finished at the latest the first day after the fair end. There is no claim to an exactly date of collection. The return is accepted only with the original signature of our collecting person. 7. Damaged or not returned property of the Capital Catering GmbH will be charged. 8. Unless otherwise agreed, this offer only applies within the exhibition halls on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Separate arrangements apply to other venues such as the ICC Berlin, Palais am Funkturm, Funkturm Restaurant, Großer Stern and other trade fair restaurants. 9. With the credit card authorization all deliveries will be charged to it. In addition to the choices available to you as listed on the following order forms, we can also meet your own special requirements. We can assist you in organizing social events on your stand or, for example, in one of our restaurants on the fairground, at the Funkturm (radio tower) or other exclusive locations in Berlin.
