2 Page 2 Staff/Terms and conditions We will provide service staff for your trade fair stand or receptions during the trade fair only if you also order catering services at the same time. Unless otherwise agreed, this offer applies only for exhibitors in the halls of the Berlin exhibition site and exhibitors on stands at the ICC Berlin. 2. This price list cancels out all former ones. 3. Our prices do not include VAT. These prices will remain valid for three months from the date of presentation. After that, our prices will be subject to change. 4. The prices are all contract prices and include no other staffing services. These services may be ordered separately. 5. Our deliveries must be paid immediately, either in cash or by credit card. Our staff are authorised to accept payment for the invoice on the stand. For transfers made outside the euro zone there will be a single charge of EUR 13. excl. VAT. This amount will be added to your invoice. No charges will be made for payments by credit card. 6. We can only supply goods in the minimum quantities offered. Unless otherwise agreed, the assembly and dismantling of our goods will be subject to further service charges. 7. Any complaints, in particular with regard to incorrect quantities and unordered items, are to be notified to the delivery staff at the place of handover. We regret we are unable to accept subsequent complaints due to the difficulty of checking their validity. 8. Hire equipment will be collected on the last day of the trade fair or on an agreed date. The customer is to ensure all items are safe for 24 hours after the end of the trade fair. 9. The customer is to ensure that the hire equipment is sorted in preparation for its return after the end of the trade fair. If this is not done, we will issue an invoice to cover the costs for staff required for doing so. 10. Hire equipment and materials and goods on deposit are to be replaced by goods of a similar value in the event of loss or damage. 11. Berlin is the sole and exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising directly or indirectly from this contractual relationship. 12.
