7 Wedding Dinner Service After a beautiful day, the pictures have been taken and the confetti has been thrown a hearty meal is required by all. A formal sit down meal, a help yourself buffet or canapes are available for you to choose from. With all options a private area will be available for hire for your use.

15 The Westgate Hotel Here at The Westgate, we have 10 boutique rooms available for guests traveling from further away or to relax and enjoy the special evening of your wedding after a long day. All rooms can be reserved for wedding parties and will be held at no cost until 2 weeks prior to the wedding. The rooms that have not been booked will be released at this point. Talk to our event coordinator about booking rooms for your wedding.

20 Terms and Conditions Provisional Bookings: A booking is considered provisional until a 10% deposit has been paid. We also require a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions by the party organizer. All provisional bookings or enquiries will be held for 7 days, at which point they will be released unless agreed with your booking organizer. Your deposit will be redeemed against the final bill. All total bills must be settled in full on the day of your event, using either cash or card, we cannot accept cheque. Cancelations: If a booking or part of a booking is canceled more then 7 days before the event the deposit will be fully refunded. If a booking is canceled less than 7 days before the event, the deposit will be retained at the manager s discretion. In the event of a no show the full deposit will be retained Pre-Orders: Your food pre-order must be received no later than 14 days before the date of your booking. Please advise us of any serious allergies when ordering your food. Full allergen information is available on request. Significant reductions to your order may result in some of the deposit being retained. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for additional guests and each booking will be agreed on an individual basis. This will depend on availability at the site at the time of your request. Service Charge: We do add a discretionary 12.5% service charge to the bill of all pre-booked parties. This goes to all of the staff that serve you. Loss or Damages: We take no responsibility for loss of personal belongings on the premises. In the event of damage to our property, we have the right to obtain an independent quote to assess the cost of the repair. Any deposit left after the payment of repairs will be returned to you.
