2 OVERVIEW Our unique catering service: All our products are pre prepared, then blast chilled to seal in freshness and flavour. Our rapid chilling process prevents water crystallisation, ensuring perfect taste and texture upon reheating. All our products are delivered in styrofoam style boxes, with all items clearly labelled. All sauces, jus, etc are provided in simple to use disposable piping bags, ensuring quick and mess free application. We also provide a comprehensive descripton on how each product should be reheated, assembled and presented. The customer only warms up the product, following the instructions supplied, adds final ingredients (supplied) before serving. Pre-cooking level is specially controlled to ensure a moist, perfectly cooked end product, taking into account the required final warming period. All our products can be warmed and finished by non-culinary trained people, and require no special skills. To assist you, each item is rated with a level of difficulty in final preparation to help guide your selection. All our canapes require a degree of finishing work to be ready to serve - but don t worry, they are all really easy to do! Our guide for the amount of finishing work is Easy - Very easy to finish Medium - More than one step required to finish, but still easy Tricky - A little more work involved to finish - Nothing a home cook can t handle though.
