Please contact catering office for more information. Alcohol Policies: All alcohol will be served only by Sodexo Catering Services employees. No outside alcohol will be allowed on USAO property or the event will be terminated immediately. Any group serving alcohol is required to provide a non-alcoholic beverage and some type of food at the same time. Food items must be provided and approved by Sodexo. The sale/service of alcohol will end 1 hour before the event is scheduled to end or by 11 p.m. whichever comes first. An Alcohol Request Form must be completed and submitted with facility request. The University and Sodexo Catering Services reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual or group. Request for liquor service must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.

21 Catering Policies All menu items must be submitted to us one month out from your event date. Minimum Guaranteed attendance must be provided 2 weeks prior to the event. Any increase greater than 3% received after 3 business days will result in 15% increase per person for added guests. If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, the client will be charged for the guaranteed number. Any cancellation should be made 7 days prior to the event date. A $200 cancellation fee will be incurred for any cancellation made within 7 days on the event. If you cancel or make changes to the event after the provided deadline, some of the expenses already incurred cannot be absorbed and will be billed to your account. Non- School related Groups are required to make a deposit of 75% 2 weeks prior to the event. All remaining payments will be due 3 business days before the event. School related groups are required to turn in the Purchase orders 5 business days prior to the event. Tax Exempt organizations are required to submit a copy of State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate prior to the event in order to remove taxes from the contract. Catered food will not be served longer than 2 hours due to health regulations. No catering food can be taken off premises with the exception of boxed lunches or deliveries. You will be held responsible for all the equipment we provide for the service of the catered event. Any damaged catering equipment or supplies will be charged to your account at the replacement cost. There will be an additional 18% Delivery and Service Charge Fee charged for all Non-Client events. A $100 fee will be incurred for any additional setup on the day of the event. Updated July, 2017
