We look forward to making this a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all who visits us. Enjoy a Private Party Should you prefer, why not enjoy exclusive use of the Terrace Restaurant. Private Party Nights are available for a minimum of 90 to a maximum of 120 guests and are available on the following dates. Friday 1 st, Friday 8 th and Friday 15 th December. Private Party Nights can choose to have a traditional Christmas Party with a three course evening meal or a Hog Roast. Sunday nights may be available for group bookings (over 60 people) on request.

12 Terms & Conditions 1. Bookings for all Club Events must be confirmed with a non refundable 15 deposit per person, and the final balance is due by the specified date. 2. Please note that since the withdrawal of the cheque guarantee scheme, payment by cheque can only be accepted by prior arrangement. 3. All charges are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. 4. Deposits will be forfeited for any cancellations or non arrivals and are non transferable. 5. The Club reserves the right to cancel an event due to poor attendance or any other justifiable reason, If so, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered. 6. If the organiser or one their guest(s) cancels a booking paid in full, then refunds are at the discretion of the Operations Manager. 7. Larger Parties may be seated on more than one table. Smaller parties may be combined with others. 8. All menu selectors or information regarding special dietary needs must be given to the Club by Wednesday 23rd November Final Payments for all events must be received by Wednesday 23rd November The Bar: Normal closing times will apply on all events, unless specified as different. The Dinner: Will be served at 8.00pm at all events, unless specified as different. The Dress Code: Smart casual for all functions. No jeans or training shoes allowed. 10. Member s Levy Cards cannot be used to pay for a club event or hotel booking. 11. All hotel bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card number. Any hotel cancellations received after 12 noon on the day of arrival, will be charged in full. 12. Guests are requested to enter and leave the premises and surrounding areas and car parks in a respectful manner as it is a residential area. 13. Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
