The Rack House Kitchen Wine Whiskey 5065 State Highway N Cottleville, MO Events@TheRackHouseKWW.com No Room Rental Fee! o Room minimum includes all guests, not just host. The private room seats up to 50 people comfortably, upwards of 100 if your group wants to mingle The private patio has table seating for 16 people and open chairs for an additional 12 people The room and patio can be reserved individually or together Room/Patio reservations are for 4-hour time slots $50 for each additional hour No outside alcoholic beverages allowed under any circumstances Banquet Room: $100 deposit with a $425 minimum (Friday & Saturday)* $50 deposit with a $225 minimum (Sunday - Thursday) * Banquet Patio: $100 deposit with a $300 minimum (Friday & Saturday)* $50 deposit with a $150 minimum (Sunday - Thursday) * Patio and Room: $200 deposit with a $800 minimum (Friday & Saturday)* $150 deposit with a $400 minimum (Sunday - Thursday) * *During the month of December, minimums are subject to change If your room order does not reach the minimum, you may make up the difference in bottles of wine to take home or gift certificates. All room purchases count toward the minimum, including guest purchases. Event date will not be secured until full deposit information is received. To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the event. Cancellation within 7 days, deposit may be credited towards a future event schedule within 6 months. Ordering food: Order must be placed 2 weeks prior to event (Additional $50.00 may be applied if orders are received late) Custom menu items may be available upon request. Ask your event coordinator! Decoration of the room: NO confetti, glitter or small pieces. Do NOT hang decorations from the walls or ceilings with any type of tape or hooks. Use of confetti, glitter, etc. will result in a $50 additional room cleaning charge Hooks or tape used for decorations will result in a $50 charge per damaged spot on the walls, including chipped or missing paint. The Rack House is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, nor is the Rack House liable for any personal injury that may occur on or around the premises during your event. The Rack House requires a valid credit card on file to cover any incidental or intentional damages to the banquet room or any area of the premises made by your guests during the event.
