1 M ON THE BUND When Shanghai s iginal Bund restaurant opened in January 1999, the idea was to create a dining experience as exciting, as sophisticated, and as delectable as Shanghai itself. Since then, M has become a dining icon in Shanghai, its winning combination of delicious food, wine, ambience and service garnering multiple awards and fans throughout the city and the globe. M s delicious menu features Modern European cuisine classics and favourites, with dishes from the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Everything is house-made, with ingredients sourced thoughtfully and responsibly from trusted growers and suppliers. Located at the pinnacle of the histic Nissin Shipping Building, in a warm, sophisticated space, M overlooks one of the best views in the city: Shanghai s signature skylines, old and new.

2 MENUS Dinner Menus: rmb 395, rmb 495, rmb 595 Lunch Menus start at rmb 268 All prices are subject to a 10% service charge. F private dining, we recommend creating a menu f your guests with dishes taken from our full menu. Guests may select from 2-3 starters, mains and desserts each ( select the Grand Dessert Platter, to share). A six-course tasting menu at rmb 588 is also available.
